Nielsen's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Las Vegas

My family and I are huge fans of frozen custard, ever since our first experience with it when we used to live in South Dakota. In fact, every time we visit a different city, we often find ourselves searching for the nearest frozen custard shop (often a specific named restaurant). So when we heard of this place opening, we were ecstatic, especially because it's somewhat close to our house and it happens to be in the casino we often visit.

We don't come here as often as we want to (health conscious reasons), but when we have, we were always greeted/served by very friendly employees. The custard itself is outstanding - both the taste and texture. The available toppings is adequate; I'm sure someone will complain about the topping selection (because there's always one), but I feel they have a perfect selection. My family and I always end up getting the sundaes and the concrete with mix-ins. I keep trying to get myself to try other items they offer, but it never seems to workout that way, but yes, I do want to try other items on their menu.

I noticed that this shop is also located in Red Rock Casino and Resort and the future Durango Resort and Casino, which is great news because we tend to stay within the Station properties if we choose to play in the casino. Also, I know my daughter was extremely happy that this is inside Santa Fe Hotel and Casino because while she was working at Cinemark, she was able to stop here during her lunch period to grab a sweet treat.

Overall, the quality of the desserts are phenomenal; the price-to-quantity ratio is respectable, and the customer service is superlative. Thanks for the continued support to the men and women of the Armed Forces and its Veterans. Definitely recommend this place...

I never tried this before, until I went to the grand opening, and their custard is great! I tried just a scoop of the Oreo. Super cute that it’s in the Santa Fe Casino! Customer service was great! I want to go back and try some of their other custards they offer…....

The girls were very nice and answered all my questions. As for the frozen custard I bought 2 to take home. I don't know if I should of gotten a fresh one made up while I waited,The custard wasn't really good it tasted just like Tillamook ice cream Not...
