I'm a regular to Panda Express and believe me, I know that it is a lucky day when a Panda Express customer receives a food container (dinner plate or side container) filled to a fair reasonable amount !!! Because it's Rare... I know for a fact servers are taught that scooping and placing the food item they choose in the portion area and if they happen to serve the exact portion wedge to anybody else would be called the right portion or God forbid the portion is the right size and happen to have a couple extra pieces of vegetable or meat that happened to be stuck in the portion scooper, it is considered a serious issue and I was told offense. So the rules and philosophy that is taught to employees is it's better to skimp out on the portion size to a customer then giving customers an extra piece of broccoli or beef. I even had one of your servers open my box back up and dugout three or four pieces of food and placed it into another customers entree box. It was so he could finish off a order after me and he amazingly explained- (truthfully he didn't have to, I witnessed it all this myself) -that before I was served the manager told him that there was two servings amount left in the hot chafing pan. So I already was annoyed that he didn't just give me the whole portion because it didn't even fill up the little area that one of the entree portion it's supposed to fit into. "FIRST OF ALL,, I have worked front and back of the house in the restaurant industry. I understand difficult customers, figure this gestapo portion control and end it. Thank you for your...

So I went here back may 22, 2024, I ordered on line I was taking a Lyft to go pick it up I ordered half and half with 2 items and a med side item walnut shrimp so I get home and make some white rice open my walnut shrimp and it's nearly 2/4 full of that of course I'm upset you pay a premium price for certain items and walnut shrimp is one of them I don't eat out much I'm disabled and don't have a car that's why I took a lyft I tried calling them of course they don't answer the phone I emailed them exactly what happened no one gets back to me until almost a month and a half later I see an email on Aug 1,2024 ; we haven't heard back from you in a while we want our customers to have a nice experience we would like to email you coupon codes for 2 a la cartes items if we don't hear back from you soon we will assume this has been resolved and will close the ticket, ok that's weird maybe it's me but how are you going to take your sweet time even responding then ask me if you can send me codes and then say if you hear from me soon your going to assume this has been resolved and close the ticket so I email back the next day aug. 2,2024 still haven't heard back no codes nothing lame management ripping people off it's bad enough you have to pay so much at least they can give you proper severing especially when they charge you a premium price for...

Walked in at 9.10pm to be greeting with the words "this is all the food we have for the night, we aren't making any more fresh food."

I replied ok... upon looking at the food selection there wasn't a lot left but to be greeted in such a poor way was so strange, I hope they don't greet everyone who walks in like that. The restaurant doesn't close for another 50 minutes and yet they aren't making any more food? I strongly believe they need to change their opening hours till 9pm in this case! - Crazy!

Other customers were walking out and telling other people to leave as this restaurant doesn't make any more food after 9pm but is open until 10pm.

Upon placing my order the server said I couldn't order what I wanted to order as I said it wrong. I'm sorry I don't know the Panda express terminology on how to order correctly! She didn't bother to explain and instead threw her hands up and literally walked off and my order was then taken over by the cashier, who was in fact a fresh breath of air and was super helpful - thankful.

I will not be returning to my local Panda instead driving further away to a restaurant which will cook food until closer to closing and greet and treat customers...

I order it from Uber and paid $27 for a bigger palate which $15 was for food and Uber charged me $12 including tip but what I receive was a smaller than a bowl. My chaw main wasn’t really noodle only onion and some uncooked vegetables with a few noodles. Good for them because I didn’t eat side. It was old with nasty smell. All went to garbage. I’m done with this store. I prefer it until today because it was close to my house but each time the value and quality of food has been shrinking.Every time I said maybe it’s too late or they made mistake but unfortunately there is no mistake. They are undersold and it’s not really good for a chain restaurant like Panda. I hope they considering in the management instead of persecuting people to speak with manager for more food.

Terrible experience. The kitchen staff was too concerned with making carna asada for their Christmas party then cooking for the restaurant. We literally had to wait 15 minutes for chow mein and an additional 10 minutes for fried rice (they weren't even busy). They literally cooked their food before even starting the chow mein amd fried rice, that is ridiculous! Terrible customer service, we didn't get an apology or even a time frame they just kept saying just a few minutes everytime we asked. They were unprofessional and just bad. By the time we got our food the entrees were not edible and they left our plates under the heating lights so long that the foam on the top of my food container was burned. Not kidding, half of the pandas face was gone. So so bad.
