Taco Bell — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I ordered food online from this Taco Bell location and tried to go inside because my 2 yr old daughter needed to use the restroom. The sign said the restaurant was open, and there were at least 10 people inside. However, the door was locked. I even showed my daughter holding herself, clearly needing to use the restroom, but they still wouldn’t unlock the door. The man literally said through the other door too bad drive around…. I hate to pull the ratio card for everyone inside the restaurant or Caucasian… Why are they inside but I can’t????

So we left to go to the McDonald’s next door, I noticed a homeless white woman with a walker do the same thing. She went to the other door, and they let her in.

Worst location in Vegas. Buffalo and Lake Mead Blvd Where is the filling. This is without a doubt the worst Taco bell location in Las Vegas. Unfortunately this is the closest location to my home. Every time I go to this Taco bell. It is always and I mean always disappointing. I told the girl that seemed to be in charge about the problem and asked if she could please make sure they put a decent amount of beans on the burrito. She just looked at me like huh?? I told her that the burrito looked like some spread the beans on the tortilla. Just like you would if you were buttering your bread. She replied we don't put butter on the burrito. Wow, MADY Was amazing. I’ve never heard of someone on the speakerphone when ordering a meal so enthusiastic and so caring like her. She was so enthusiastic that it made me post this. Honestly, out of every place that I go to that’s fast food, i’ve never ever experienced a person that is so interested in the well being and to the customers and caring to making sure that they are pleased and that they are satisfied and that they feel an amazing experience while going through Taco Bell drive-through. I appreciate how good of an employee and person she is. I would desire and wish the best upon you but that you get the best positions and blessed by God mightily because of your attitude and who you are. Great Job MADY! Amazing Job.
