My daughter received two coupons to Papa Murphy's for completing the Summer Reading Program at the library. We first tried to redeem them at the Papa Murphy's location on Aliante but there was a sign on the door that said they were closed and to visit their other location on Craig and Decatur. Okay, no big deal. So we drive to the location on Craig and Decatur. When we walk in we encounter the manager who was immediately sooooooo unfriendly and rude. She asks us if we ordered something and I tell her no, and that we are there to redeem the summer reading coupons. She asks if this is the only thing we are going to get and when I say yes, she quickly responds with, "those aren't for this store so we can't take them". I tell her that there is no specific location listed on the coupons and ask if she knew where we can redeem them at. She completely ignored me and offered no help. When I tell her that the location on Aliante was closed and referred us to her store she continued to insist that she will not take our coupons. During our entire exchange, she not once made eye contact with me or stopped what she was working on to help us. As we were leaving she couldn't even be bothered to say sorry, or have a nice day. Horrible, horrible customer service.
To make matters worse, I called the location on Losee and Centennial Parkway and was told that the coupons were in fact acceptable at that store. We ended up driving to the Losee and Centennial location to redeem our coupons. I must give big kudos to the manager of that store. She was very apologetic for our experience and tried to make up for it in any way she could. She is the saving grace of our entire Papa Murphy's experience. As first time customers, she helped explain to us how everything worked and recommended some popular choices. She was a breath of fresh air to the horrible encounter we had just previously experienced. Do yourself a favor and go to the location on Centennial Parkway and Losee instead of Craig...

Read moreWent in and bought two pizzas, total was around $30. Got back out to our car and it wouldn’t start. So I considerately went inside to tell the young guy I paid with that I was going to have to leave my vehicle outside for a few hours and I would be back for it. I didn’t have to do that. This Older lady walked over and asked what was going on and the young guy explained to her. She looked me in the face and said “can you push it into another parking spot” are you serious? First of all, the car is too hot to touch let alone push. Second of all where is the compassion? I just gave you my business ? It’s not like the parking spaces were one in front of the other where it would be simple to push the car into another. I would have to steer the wheel and have several other people pushing to be able to put it into another spot? Is she crazy?! I will never spend another dollar at this store. Where is the consideration ? It’s over 100...
