I bought food here and couldn’t stop thinking about how bad the lady at the front counter treated me.
This is my third time coming here ALL THREE times a woman at the counter has been beyond rude to me.
Not I am a black hardworking business woman with and very humble and nice.
The LOOKS THE SERVER GAVE ME WAS LIKE I HAD GREEN SLIME ON MY FACE SHE LOOKED AT ME SO DISGUSTING LIKE I WAS NOTHING AS A CUSTOMER.
I was respectful I greeted her I smiled and was to the point with my order she still looked at me like I was crazy rolling her eyes and half way paying attention to what I was saying.
I ordered $40 worth of food for my family I GO TO THE SALSA BAR THERE ARE NO CAPS FOR THE SAUCES I HAD TO ASK HER FOR CAPS THEN SHE HANDED ME 3 caps with an attitude so I asked her for more it was like I had just asked this woman for a personal favor.
I ate this food 8 hours ago and I’m writing this review in the middle of the night because why do you have to be so rude? Why? Be nice to other women you don’t know what people are going thru, I am supporting your business the front door is so heavy it almost broke my arm off and the lady dosnt greet you when you walk in as well as trying not to fall.
Why?
The food is amazing and I have an office full of coworkers to refer to this place but sadly if they don’t train their employees to respect people of all color then I won’t be coming back again.
I’m done with this location, this is a great example of a place who’s food is amazing but the rude customer service turned me off sooo much I don’t want to step foot back in that place. I’m even tipped her $2, why because I love people and even I hold no hate in my heart for anyone.
But I just can’t shake the look she was giving me and the disconnect and utter lack of hospitality I feel when walking into your restaurant.
Very very rude… and I’m from Cali this family owned Hispanic restaurants are very kind to you and give you human respect that’s all I want is RESPECt.

Read moreMy coworkers ordered food online through DoorDash under my name and phone number. When I arrived to pick up I could see my order was ready but the woman at the counter refused saying I needed the app. I explained it was a personal online order and not a dasher but she stuck to what she had said. At this point fine, after having waited, I went back to my car and got my phone. Returned waited my turn, I then showed her the text and screenshot of the order and it still wasn’t enough. I stepped out of line called my coworkers and explained the delay saying the worker was being unreasonable, she had said that we needed to close the order but that option wasn’t available. Another couple in front of me experienced a similar issue but their order was released. I stepped back in line and showed her the online order and she stated it was basically a scam through DoorDash and we would need the app even though we didn’t place the order through a DoorDash account. She said we would need to get a refund, 3-5 days to through DoorDash, reorder and repay. I called my coworkers and stated this. At this point it has been over 30 minutes so we didn’t want to reorder and take cold food. As I left I told my coworkers they were unreasonable but at no point did I raise my voice. My coworker called to get a refund and the woman lied and said I should’ve just told her but according to her I was yelling. Please review the cameras and let me know when exactly I yelled at her because I do not recall. This was between 12p-1p. One thing is being incompetent and another is being a liar and placing blame where it does not apply. Read moreI placed an order through the DoorDash website because I don't have the app, and when I went to pick up the food, the lady at the counter refused to release it because I didn't have a confirmation pick-up prompt. I tried to explain that I ordered on the website and am not a driver; I just ordered my own food. I even pulled up the tracker with the order number, but she still refused to release the food. She then said I had to download the app and cancel the order because there was nothing they could do. I wasn't the only person with this issue; another customer was trying to explain the same thing right after me and was told the same thing. I don't understand why they even allow ordering through the website if you are forced to download the app just to pick up your food. This was extremely unreasonable, in my opinion. I've ordered through the website for various restaurants previously and never had this issue until now. I will not be ordering from this restaurant in the future. I couldn't even get them to cancel the order on their end because again, since I ordered through the website I didn't have that option available to me. I ended up having to call DoorDash customer support and they had to contact the restaurant directly and have them cancel the order.
