Never again. I have been a faithful Pizza Hut customer for years. I moved to a new residence and decided to try the new location well what a fricken disappointment. Received my order and both parts were messed up. I ordered the pasta family meal with 1 Alfredo and 1 Tuscan marinara yet I received 2 Alfredo because the store was out of the pasta marinara sauce well that would have been nice to know if someone had the decency to let me know I would have cancelled that part of my order. then the pizza I ordered pineapple bacon extra cheese it was cooked beautifully however for some reason they put pepperoni on it. I have a mild allergy to pepperoni it causes me to get basically like a sunburn on the roof of my mouth so I called and they said they would remake it. it took over an hour (I live less then a mile from the store) to get here and I get it it looks OK until I pick it up and the underside is not cooked I’m going to have to turn on my oven and finish cooking it. I can’t even. Let’s be real honest I used to work at a pizza place I know what it takes to make a pizza it’s not that difficult but this location can’t even get a simple order right I don’t think I’m asking for much I could be wrong. It would be a good idea to reach the staff how to make a damn pizza or find staff that does. Read moreOn hold now for 1 hour 16 minutes! Sorry this is so long but I had to change my rating from 2 stars to 1 id rather give ita negative star rating but unfortunately I can't. I live 3 minutes away by car. My pizza was 45 minutes late because it took the driver 32 minutes to deliver it. Even in 115 degree heat the pizza and pasta was cold and my order was wrong! As of right now I've been on hold for 38 minutes and counting. The 1st time I called they hung up on me. I'll check back when or if they answer. I'll wait it out I'm so sick of this place. Pizza Hut is my favorite but since this is the closest to me I only get pizza hut maybe 5 times a year and we eat pizza at least 3 times week! Before I moved here I only ate pizza hut. This place is a really horrible rep for the Hut. This is the worst pizza hut,. Unfortunately it's the only pizza hut that delivers to me so I still order from it on rare occasions but out of 15 orders only 2 have been correct and on time. And the staff is normally rude. There has been 3 employees that I have been nice and apologetic when the orders were wrong but I don't think any of them still work there. Overall customer service is terrible and besides not getting what I order the food is not up to the Huts quality. I definitely do not recommend this place. Read moreI ordered pizza to be delivered on Saturday 11/27/21 and had an expected delivery time at 6:01pm. Received a text message at 5:54pm saying my order was out for delivery. Come 6:15pm I had not received my pizza yet, I call the restaurant and they say that they are short staffed with drivers, that the driver Fransico left at 6:09pm with the pizza. Come 6:45pm still no pizza. We call and we were placed on hold waiting for the manager for about 15 min (I am not exaggerating). We drive to the store and we are still on hold. Get off the car and ask what was going on with the order, we get handed our pizza, IT NEVER LEFT THE STORE. Yet when I had called and spoken to the manager the first time he failed to mention that it never left the store and didn't tell me that I had to go pick it up. The "manager" (which I don't recall his name) was rude and unhelpful, was giving me attitude. He also mentioned that the app and text system wasn't reliable that its not synced properly with the store, and its wrong. Don't understand why they have it then or why it doesn't get fixed or mention it to the customers when they order pizza online. This was really an unforgettable experience and not a good one at all.
