The amount of disrespect and Unprofessionalism me and my family received this morning is completely unacceptable. I ordered a number 21 meal along with two additional hash browns. As we left the drive through we only had two has Browns. My fiancĆ© goes inside to get the one we were missing. As he does the lady attempts to charge him. He informed her he already paid for it with a meal. She accused him of not getting the meal. Even though we provided a Receipt also the fact I even changed my drink from a orange juice to a soda during my ordering. She was extremely rude and didnāt want to provide us with what we already paid for and they forgot to put in our bag. As my fiancĆ© walks out a gentleman moping starts laughing and mimicking him. Which is beyond unprofessional. As I attempted to call and speak with management they refused to do so, Or provide me with their names, As they are now afraid to get in trouble for accusing us for something they forgot to do. And for them to speak to costumers and mock them they way they did to my family is highly unacceptable. Due to the fact of your staff trying to argue about something I paid for already made me 15 minutes late for work. The cashiers name was Luis who was actually very nice. The very unprofessional and rude lady would not provide me with her name however this is her discription. Heavy set Hispanic women. Pinned up black hair, And pink lipstick. I would truly appreciate a response from management as your staff refused to provide me with one. My receipt order number is #169 JIB#7246...

Whenever I go inside to order, I end up standing at the counter for what feels like forever before I can place my order. What's most annoying is the employees will turn around and see me or walk past me and not even acknowledge my presence. It would be nice to be acknowledged and just tell me they'll be with me momentarily. The order usually takes awhile to receive but hopefully that's just cuz it's being made fresh. However, today my last button was pushed with them. This location is 24 hrs. I've been inside the restaurant within the last wk or so to place an order late at night. So no clue why, that why at 8:45 p.m. the doors were locked. The doors were tied together inside with a trash bag. Classy. I knocked on the door to see if maybe they'd forgotten to open up after needing to lock for some reason. The drive thru was up and operating. The employees were inside working. But once again they did what they do...just looked at me at the door and ignored me. A note could've been posted notifying customers what's up and that they can't get in. But no notice... And just being ignored -...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAt 11:45p on a Thur it took almost 15 min. to receive my order of 2 items that didn't involve any cooking or preparation. I guess I should have known my visit was not going to be 5*. It started with my order taker. He didn't seem to be aware of what was going on around him, like he had just walked through the door to start his shift. He struggled every single step of the ordering process. It was my 2nd visit 2 this location & feel that they get it right most of the time & I hope that the supervisor who apologized 4 the wait when he gave me my order, takes the time to council everyone involved on how to handle future situations like this better. Food has always been good at all their locations I've visited, as is their service. These reviews help bring awareness to areas within a company that need improvement, as well as give recognition for five star performance.
