Joe Shoong — Attraction in Winchester

I live close to this park, i love the fact that it has a water area for the kids during the summer. It is close to local neighborhood walmart. Would be nice if Metro could patrol it more often in the night. There has been a large number of homeless people showing up and sleeping there. If the locals who used the park for parties could clean up after them selfes it would be a lot nicer. To many homeless people to many dogs running free with no leash on. Drugs fights ppl yelling. I have lived over for 27 years and have never seen it so bad. I really feel for these kids that have to walk by there to go to school.. I see metro up there almost everyday.. but they just keep coming back.. something needs to be done...

It's very clean and very well kept up very happy to say the bathrooms are clean you even have the water the water feature for the kids very nice very impressive I would definitely come back to that Park I wish you guys had more barbecuers but other than that I'm very impressive that Park the great neighborhood...
