Edit 11/14 to respond: Management seems really defensive and unable to accept fault, horrible attitude. They completely ignored the main point for this review, the hostess DID NOT text us about grouping up to leave the first club. During the pool party, 10 minutes before leaving each dayclub we received a warning text telling us to get ready and meet outside. This VERY SPECIFICALLY DID NOT happen during the nightclub tour. If we DID get that 10 minute text then we would have made it back to the club in time, we were just a 2 minute walk away. "you are provided an email, 2 texts, and verbal instructions from the 2 hostesses at the time of the tour and during." We obviously did not receive the proper texts DURING the tour which SHE SAID HERSELF she would send out. "we couldn’t wait for you because your group left the club to walk around the casino for an hour??" Who said anything about expecting everyone to wait just for us? We just said we didn't get a warning text. "At 1117 PM you were calling our office... which closes at 10pm" Sure but how is that our fault, we obviously wouldn't know that? "The hostess is on a text only VOIP system" The hostess DID NOT respond to my text at 10:50, no explanation given. "Its rather unfair that you left us a two-star review because you choose to ignore the hostess and leave the group to walk around the casino. " Apparently we chose to ignore the hostess when she literally did not text us telling us to meet up. There's no expectation that we need to be one large tour group the entire night, so not sure what the problem is with "leaving" the group is. The hostesses and the tour group were not all sticking together after we got into the dayclubs.

Original review TLDR: Pool party tour was great but nightclub tour host didn't notify us over text about leaving the 1st club so we ended up waiting almost an hour before we found out the group had already gone.

We signed up for both the pool party and nightclub tours. We had a good time during the pool party tour. For the nightclub tour, our host at the beginning was really accommodating and reassured me that though my group was going to miss check-in, we'd be able to get into the first club and called me when we got lost trying to meet her. She said we should be ready to leave by 10:30, and sometimes the bus was delayed and it could be 10:45/11:00 when it arrived, but we'd get a text warning us beforehand. We left the club ~10:20 to check out the casino, and ended up waiting until 10:50 without getting any texts until I texted our host asking if we were still waiting for the bus, but I never got a response. At 11:17 I decided to call her and got an automated response about "service not available", which we assumed was a cell service issue. The issue wouldn't have been on my side either because we were in the same area where she had called me to find me before we went in the first club. Eventually we asked the bouncer if our group had left already and he said they'd left about an hour ago. We were frustrated and though we could have could have caught up at the 2nd club by calling an Uber, we decided to go back to our hotel. If we had tried to catch up we would have had to pay for expensive drinks at the club itself since we'd already missed the chance to get drinks on the party bus. Given the lack of contact we weren't sure we'd even find our group/host. I later got a text at 12:14 AM telling us to head to the bus to go to the 3rd club so it looked like the issue cleared up. We contacted Rockstar a few days later, and they sent us text screenshots from our host that showed she did receive my call. Again I only heard the automated message, so if the call didn't go through properly because of bad service then that was understandable. However before that she did not send us a text reminder about leaving the first club. Since we booked through GoCity we couldn't get a refund which we are not too hung up on but overall the nightclub tour ended up really disappointing because of...

The description was very misleading. We did this tour as it was included with the go city pass. If I had actually booked this and paid their full price I would have been pissed. It offers free drinks while on the party bus but only 1 stop was going to be made on the party bus all others were in the same building. You get 1 free drink voucher. It says VIP experience but the only thing that was VIP about it was getting to skip the long lines. The host were friendly but no where to be found and not very responsive. As a tourist who didn't know the ins and outs of the club scene it would have been nice to know that most of the areas were private areas we basically had to stand off to the sides in the walk ways we couldn't get to the dance floor it was just a really disappointing experience I would have been much happier doing a good ol bar hop then...

We were given the wrong location to meet at, which costs us another cab fare.. At each nightclub (which were great places) we were left at the door. We did not have any VIP treatment after getting through the doors, there was no seating waiting at very full locations. The first club offers a "free drink", however, this is a shot of Vodka or Tequila and not top shelf. The Party bus with free drinks is only the second club to the third and then you are left on your own again. We could have arranged a night out at the same or similar clubs without the cost of $100 each. We dressed according to strict dress code, although the others that joined our group did not.
