I want to make it clear that majority of the staff here are absolutely repulsive. Theyāre rude, they want to argue, and clearly they arenāt aware of how their operations work. I ordered a sandwich on the app to this store on accident- which is my fault for not fully reading my order summary. However when I called the store to cancel, they told me I had to cancel on the app. Plot twist; you cannot do that. Youāre directed to call the store because this isnāt a third party transaction. So since they werenāt canceling my order in store, I sent my brother to retrieve my order so I can just eat it when I got home. He gets to the store and they tell him it was cancelled. Funny since the app said it was āalready picked upā but he hadnāt gotten there yet. So as my brother tried to explain this, the older Hispanic lady behind the counter began to argue with him. She cut him off mid sentence and just began to make the order.
Iāve also had an experience where I place a pickup to this late night subway and they made me WALK TO THE DRIVE THRU!!!

I call the store like 10 times no one answer I went through the drive thru to say I was pick up my order and the lady just said āone secondā after a few minutes I went and knocked on their window and still nothing. By that time 15 minutes had already passed. I just wanted to cancel the order but the website doesnāt have an option to do so. Later she shows up at the window and says āyes?ā with a horrible attitude, I tell her I was picking up an order and she gives it me and shuts the window door.
