The Cheesecake Baker — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Amazing cheesecake! Arguably the best cheesecake in town and honestly some of the best cheesecake I’ve ever had. I am a cheesecake connoisseur and can eat cheesecake every day lol (and I have). I ordered the chocolate mousse cake. His cakes taste genuinely homemade and delicious, no hints of artificial at all. Cheesecake Factory or commercial ones just don’t taste high quality like this!

My friends and boyfriend have gotten me cheesecakes from this baker before and I was so blown away that I needed to order one for myself! I got this for my boyfriend to celebrate getting his architect license. My only complaint(s) are that I had requested lettering on the cake to say “finally an architect” and there was some small miscommunication on ordering a custom cake so I opted for one that is normally made. The customer service was still very responsive, nice, and efficient! Everyone at my work and his LOVED this cheesecake. I gave his info to everyone (because everyone kept asking) so you’ll have some new customers soon hopefully! :) everyone said this was the best cheesecake they’ve ever had....

Planning an Easter celebration with diabetic guests left us searching for a delicious (and sugar-free!) dessert. Thankfully, we stumbled upon The Cheesecake Baker and their incredible keto cheesecake options! The traditional raspberry cheesecake was already a family favorite, so when we discovered a keto strawberry version, we had to try it.

Let me tell you, it did not disappoint! This keto cheesecake is absolutely delicious - it rivals any traditional cheesecake I've ever had. Not only is it perfect for those following a keto diet, but it's a fantastic option for diabetics too.

Beyond the amazing cheesecake itself, the entire experience was top-notch. Larry was incredibly helpful and flexible with our custom order, the price was very reasonable, and the whole process was smooth and pleasant. We've officially found our go-to bakery for parties and special events! You won't be disappointed - this keto cheesecake...

I recently had a very hard time finding a baker in Las Vegas that could make a simple gluten free cake. Either bakers never called back or they were too busy to handle the order in a one week timeline. Luckily, I found The Cheesecake Baker (Larry).

Larry is a culinary wizard and takes great pride in his work. He is incredibly responsive as well. You truly feel like a relative is making your cake for you. He produced a deeeeeelish NY cheesecake for us and even assisted in its delivery to our hotel on The Strip.

Whether you are a Vegas local or in town for a corporate event or wedding...look no further than The Cheesecake Baker. The ingredients were very high quality from top to bottom. I think the cake weighed 5 pounds, but it was so light and smooth. Incredible. We shared it with the staff at Milos restaurant and they were smiling as well.
