Pellegrini Pizza — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I ordered a pizza and 12 wings from here and everything seemed fine. I made my kid's plates and after I made my plate and bit into my chicken wing I noticed that it was completely bloody and raw on the inside! I immediately called the restaurant to inform them of what happened and they were VERY rude to me! And never even apologized or showed any concern about the fact that me and my kids just ate raw chicken (which is UNSAFE!). The male employee yelled at me and asked me why the hell would I let my kids eat raw chicken? He also went on to basically tell me I was lying because he knows how their oven works (as if I care ! ) I explained to him that I have ordered from them in the past and I wasn't calling to start a fight I simply just wanted my money back! They refused. The lady employee offered me more chicken wings and I told her I didn't want anymore food from them. Then the male employee got on the phone telling me that I must get back in my car and drive 30 minutes to return it or he wasn't giving me anything! He said I didn't know what I was talking about. He said it was most likely barbeque sauce! As if I don't know the difference between blood and barbecue sauce! Needless to say I will NEVER order from them again! And this is just a portion of everything that was said and how poorly they handled...

I feel rude saying this, as I’m not typically a person who complains or brings up stuff like this, but this was almost certainly the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. I literally thought I had COVID again or something, because I couldn’t taste the pizza. And I’m not exaggerating. It just had no flavor. None. And it was a SUPREME. The crust was flavorless, the sauce was flavorless. I even pulled off a pepperoni and ate that by itself because I was thinking, “surely a pepperoni cannot be flavorless,” but it WAS. To their credit, we also ordered spicy bbq boneless wings, and those were quite good. The fries were fine. Not good, but edible. I am a person who will eat damn near anything, and I can honestly say that most of the pizza will likely get thrown away. I did put it in the fridge in case I want to give the leftovers another try, but I just can’t see it happening. It was that bad. Almost impressive, honestly. Like…was there a secret contest going on to see who could be first to make a completely bland pizza? I really can’t see how this could be the recipe you settled on otherwise. Truly baffling. The food has gone down hill and into a ditch not to be recovered. We’ve been eating at Pellegrinis since 2015. It used to be our go to spot for pizza. Over the years the quality has dropped. A few weeks ago I went in to get an Italian sandwich. The cashier asked me if I wanted it toasted and I said no, she said it would be 15-20 minutes… I was the only one there and the cook was just leaning…

Ok so I wait. I took the order out to my car to eat my lunch and it is hot when I said “no” to it being toasted. On top of that it was full of Mayo (which shouldn’t be on an Italian) and the lettuce and tomatoes were the brown ends. I went back in to tell her that it was all wrong and wanted a refund (I didn’t even bite in).
