Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Terrible experience... me and my husband waited 20 minutes without being greeted we finally get called the big heavier set black a manager who was training a young guy finally takes our order my husband asked for Buffalo wings hard cooked she then got smart with him by saying you mean well done... she knew what he meant....then I ask for cheesy garlic bread and she said they didn't have any moments later I see a man walking out with some...we finally get our food and we get all the way home and the wings were raw and uncooked in the center and the garlic bread was dry and odd shaped ...so me and my husband March back up there and I slam my receipt on the counter along with the raw wings ... i ask for all of my money back they then go on to say how they are not raw and how they were busy that's why they couldn't greet us for the first 20 minutes I also spoke on how rude the lady was to us and they defended that as well by saying she's been there for 20 Years ....so I correct them and I say she's been getting away with that for 20 years and she needs retraining.out of 10 people not even one of you greeted us and said just a minute hi or nothing smh 🙄 after I made a scene I got my money back but I wouldn't recommend this place at all if you have teenagers please don't send them here to work the service was...

after a long grueling day of work i decided to eat little ceasars since i had not eaten from there in a long time. I placed my order at 3:53 and the estimated time was between 4:16-4:26. I had gotten there at 4:10 and it wasn’t ready, that’s fair since i got there early. I ended up having to wait another 20 minutes before the called me over and told me my pizza was done but the rest of my order was not complete. Mind you i had been waiting for 20 minutes while other customer’s orders were being complete. Might i add that while waiting i saw one of their employees working with raw dough bare handed, he proceeded to walk away and adjust his shirt and pants, do something else, then go back to touch the raw dough, all in view of me by the way. Finally at 4:50, an hour after i placed my order the other half was complete. So i waited an hour for what was basically slop. I got a poorly made pizza and what looked to be undercooked and extremely greasy crazy puffs. I opened my box of pizza when i got home to find the toppings almost all to the center as if i want 30 jalapeños on one singular bite. Employees seemed lost and kept telling everyone just a minute on their order. I don’t believe i’ll be going back to this location...

I Ordered my food online and for some reason the money came out of my account but my order number never came through on there app. So I was on the phone calling them for 20 minutes while I was driving down there to see if they got the order or not and no one answered the phone. I even walked into the store with the phone ringing. So apparently my order didn't go through So I went ahead and placed the order again with the cashier paying with my card. He should be like 20 minutes. I came back in 20 minutes later with three other people sitting in the lobby that were there when I ordered with the cashier. The lady came to the front saying how can I help you I said I'm here to pick up my order, and she immediately said I never got your order on my prompter in the back so I'm going to have to make it right now as I gave her my receipt. I was confused and in shock and then the three other people that were there still waiting started complaining to me because apparently it happened to them as well. I was like where's the manager The lady said they weren't there and that I would have to come back the next day to talk to him or her I can't remember. Horrible experience I plan on...
