Listen, I’ve eaten hibachi all over Las Vegas from strip spots that charge you a paycheck to hole in the wall joints that swear they’re authentic. But Vanilla Rice Hibachi? Different. Planet. 🌎🚀

I roll in and order my usual: steak burrito stacked with veggies, half rice, half noodle because balance is key 😏, pot stickers on the side, and a waterfall of yum yum sauce. And let me tell you, it’s not just food. It’s a full blown experience. One bite and you’re questioning every life decision that led you to eat hibachi anywhere else.

The steak is seared with precision like Zach’s got Gordon Ramsay in his earpiece. The noodles and rice play together like they’ve been best friends since kindergarten. The pot stickers are golden little pockets of happiness. And the yum yum sauce? I’m convinced he’s cracked some secret culinary code because nothing should taste this good without breaking international laws.

Every other hibachi in town feels like JV practice. Vanilla Rice is the championship game. 🏆 If you live in Vegas or are just passing through, don’t play yourself. Go try this spot. Give it one chance and you’ll never look at hibachi the same again.

Vanilla Rice Hibachi was one of those late night drunk orders during my 21st birthday in Las Vegas and let me tell you ever since that night IVE BEEN HOOKED!!! It’s now been a tradition for my boyfriend and I to go there every time we are in Vegas and it truly never fails, the food is consistent, never any flaws, the staff is always so welcoming, and the owner himself we have nothing but love and respect for him, from the moment we met we’ve felt like family, every time we come he remembers us welcoming us with big smiles and hugs!

One of biggest things that stood out and truly made us have so much more love and respect is by seeing the owner whipping it up behind the counter sweating putting his heart into it while most other owners hire people to do that, he isn’t just a man that owns an amazing business he’s a man that shows he truly loves what he’s created.

This place is one thousand percent worth the money, you aren’t just getting amazing food but you are gaining life long connections with these people! I can’t recommend this place enough!!! This has been the best past 3 years of stopping by every time we...

This location is closer to me, so I was excited to try it. I walked in, and the service was great. Was told where the menu was, how to order, etc, and it was great. Wait was a bit longer, which surprised me since it was just me and someone else in there. I'm so glad there are seats! Haha

The reason why I'm giving it 3 stars is one reason: portion size

I just went to the flamingo location a week ago with someone, and my plate was heavy and overloaded for the price, and it tasted amazing. Flavor in every bite. I couldn't even see my rice when i opened my plate. This location had smaller portions, and I was surprised how much lighter it was compared to the one I just had. I saw the rice, and the shrimp and steak spread out very easily. I'm hoping that since it's new, they're just working out some kinks. It still tasted good, but i know now if I want my money's worth to take a drive. Their sauce is money though..absolutely delicious.

I'll give them some months and see if it's any different once they're comfortable

TLDR: Good, but the other location is...

Hands down the absolute best hibachi!! They absolutely do not miss!!! I’ve had the chicken and steak hibachi with rice more times than I can count, it is consistently delicious. They always get the steak temp perfect, everything is cooked just right. I’ve also had the chicken hibachi burrito which I was skeptical about, but it is also incredible! It’s the same great hibachi flavor just wrapped up in a burrito. It’s also huge, a bit bigger than a Chipotle burrito. The portions were excellent for the price and quality of the food. You’ll definitely have leftovers! The only thing I haven’t liked so far were the noodles, they had a strange tasting sauce on it that kind of gave a mayo-ish flavor. I just get rice instead. Pro Tip: ask for the ginger sauce on the side, it’s sooo good! The staff is friendly and service is fast. I’m looking forward to visiting the new location! A must try for anyone wanting great hibachi!
