Worst experience at a fast food restaurant in my life. I ordered 20 nuggets, baconator fries, and a kids meal. I was handed bags and my card back, never received a receipt,, and started to drive off when I realized they forgot my baconator fries. I thought "it happens" and turned around to go through the drive thru again.
They said they had them and told me to just pull forward. I got my bag and drove home because it looked like everything was there. Turns out they threw in an extra 4 piece nugget with the baconator fries bag, I assume for the inconvenience. However, the kids meal was plain, when it wasn't ordered plain, there was no toy (idk if Wendy's kids meals have toys or they forgot) and worst of all I got the complete wrong sauce.
I ordered spicy nuggets with ghost pepper ranch and they gave me honey mustard. The only reason I went to Wendy's was for that sauce. If they were out, that's fine they should have just told me instead of just picking a random sauce. I could have chosen to eat somewhere else or pick a different sauce other than what I was given. I feel like this place ripped me off and I hope not all Wendy's are...
Read moreI was at the Wendy's on S. Rancho & Washington, in Las Vegas, on 06/16/2018 around 1130 hrs. My Chocolate Frosty was delicious. The people working at this Wendy's were wonderful and very cheerful. The restaurant was clean and in order.
My brother found the men's restroom clean and available to all.
The restrooms were not locked to keep people who were not customers from using it. I personally like this. As children, my brother and I were oftentimes left locked out on the streets for awhile. We needed places to go for safety, food and to use the restrooms. This area of Las Vegas has it's share of homeless people. I appreciate this Wendy's allowing them the right "to go" without having to buy something. We need to remember these people are human-beings with feelings and these little things really mean a lot. It's been 50 years since that horrible time in my life when I needed to find a restroom where I didn't have to buy something; but, I remember that feeling of gratitude like it was yesterday. It means a lot.
Thank you, Wendy's on Rancho...
Read moreGot here at 11:04pm, couple of people in front of me at the drive thru. Get up to the radio box and no answer, waited a minute then said hello and got a response from a woman saying just a minute. A minute goes by and nothing, 5 minutes go by and I say hello again, woman says we'll be right with you. 3 or 4 more minutes go by was about to call out again but got a response asking for my order. I say I want a grilled chicken combo and she says okay and then I say that's all after confirming drink and size. Then she tells me that there is no grilled chicken ready it will be 14 minutes. Asks if that will be okay? I say no, I've been waiting almost 10 or 11 minutes just to order, by now you should already have grilled chicken being cooked and ready to go with the time I've been sitting here waiting for you to even acknowledge me and take my order. Very slow service and incompetent at doing a very basic job. If the workers can't keep on top of food preparation then they should be retrained...
