Just left this location less than 10 minutes ago and only to realize when going to put in this review that I did one 2 years ago about the same attitude issue management needs to take control of their business. This is one America, 2. We're in 2025 and 3 understand that these paper products cost these companies pennies, I'm sure your employees are not back there. Dropping and wasting these paper products. And you have tens of thousands of customers that are asking for extra products. So when 1 or 2 or 5 customers come requesting something It should be easily accommodated without the slick remarks and nasty attitudes. It's simple, someone comes to you for their convenience either. Say sorry, I don't have that available. Or we don't do that here but instead, it's always some type of slick remark, and then they're doing what you ask them to do simply meaning that it can be done. They just need to say something before doing it to make the customer feel a certain type of way. Come on, man, it's 2025, get out of that negative doing
Every thing would always be great if they have a little less attitude in their tone like they are being slaved out and mad at you for it ..... Not all are like this and not all their locations are like this but mainly this one and the one on commercial and university.... Tone it down a notch the experience would be lovely I only return for the food when I don't feel...

I COULD SEE EVERYTHING FROM THE DARKENED CARROTS AND EVERTYTHING ELSE HAD ATE THERE. IF I HAD NOT EXPERIENCE A MORE LIFE THREATENING INCIDENT OR NEARBY INJURY JUST DAYS BEFORE HERE I WOULD NOT POST THIS BUT RECOOKED FOODS , EXPIRED FOODS ARE TO BE DISCARDED! UNCOVERED FOODS FOR EXTENDED TIME, NOT WEARING GLOVES AND KEEPING FOODS COVERED SHOULD BE DISCOVERED. VERY DISAPPOINTED I CANT RELY ONE WEEK TO EAT HERE WITHOUT A SERIES OF INCIDENTS. This restaurant is actually good but they need some help in the kitchen from a restaurant expert. I don't think it is right though for a restaurant to give you miniature chicken meat and cut it up and give you a portion of each piece that was cut up and not the whole piece.. so your half of chicken is going in a stranger box behind you for the price they xharging..it's nearly a rip off and I have said this before and it is still happening at this restaurant chain and overly cooked busted beans the restaurant needs revamping and I think it can do even better than...
   Read moreI went in there happy, been thinking about the food all day. In line still happy. I admit I did not know what I wanted to get because i never been in there at that time of day and prices change. I asked the lady ( mind you, she had a stink ass expression on her face since I came in) you know like the prices and sizes. so I told her what I wanted (which was rice and peas, extra rice and oxtail gravy) was still thinking about the meat choice. I said that because i thought i was going to get bbq chicken but I didn't. I then told her that i wanted Brown stew chicken. Why would I get Brown stew chicken with oxtail gravy together When I know the Brown stew already has gravy. When she came back with the rice and peas, i said can i just get the Brown stew chicken gravy instead of the oxtail gravy. When mi a tell her she a gwaan like she a damn fool like she nuh know wah mi mean. She was shouting it out and giving an attitude like she didn't want to serve me. In my opinion, if I was a server and i was annoyed by a customer at least put on a smile and act like nothing is wrong. Or simply just let them take their time. I felt like she embarrassed me and I don't like to be embarrassed. Much less in public. I'm not sure if this is your quality way of serving customers, but i am highly disappointed upon my visit.
