This store and staff gives PizzaHut a Bad name & reputation. After placing a order online and waiting over 1 and 45 minutes, I then decided to contact the store while waiting over 15 minutes for customer service to only be argued down by the staff stating I didn't place an order to only find out moments later that I did. Once finally stating they seen the order the worker wouldn't disclose name and argued stating the delivery driver came out and couldn't find the location and then hung up. I called to speak with manager who argued and spoke over me and stated name was Jessica then hung up. I decided to come to thethe store. I asked multiple employees to speak with the manager and for corporate information to only be ignored. One worker badge name Dericka with lettlers badly smudged stated the managers name was Lola. I realised I was either lied to regarding the managers name by either the manager or other worker. While inside the store 2 customers entered complaining about being hung up on and the managers attitude. The manager then argued with a customer and stuck her tongue out at her and said I want you to leave my store, I'm calling the police. The customer became more angry and the manager continued to argue from across the store. The manager was the only staff I seen not wearing a badge. This is unfortunate, all the money lost in such a small amount of time and such poor service. I love PizzaHut and this may be my last time ordering. Zero stars. Horrible experience. Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy first time trying this location and it was THEE WORST PIZZA HUT I'VE EVER BEEN TO!!! I ordered online and they estimated my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I get there 30/45 mins later and the front desk girl couldn't find my order, then asks the cook who couldn't find my order, then tells the manager and they have a "pow wow" in the back and come back to tell me they will have to "remake" my order? I could tell something was off so I say "remake or did you ever make it at all"? So then the manager proceeds to tell me that I "came too late" and after a certain point of sitting they throw the food out! At this point he was insulting my intelligence and insinuating that it was pretty much my fault when I know they NEVER made the pizza because I never even received the confirmation email that it was ready!!! Very unprofessional! Never got an apology or anything just an offer to make the pizza and have to sit and wait and at that point I refused and requested a refund! Ā Ā Ā Read moreworst experience i have ever had with a pizza hut location. food was late past the timer the email gives customers. called the store to find the ETA on the food. the rep told me it was a 2 hour wait time. i asked for the manager and when the manager came to the line he began bickering with me and my sister. then he started argueing with my brother in law. i reported this location weeks ago and to date have no resolution. the store refuses to respond to the emails. one of the worst locations ive ever ordered from. Oh and best of all the MOD put my number as do not deliver too. from a customer thats ordered on a weekly to biweekly time frame from pizza hut. for personal or for the workplace.. this is wrong! Edit- i finally spoke with the store manager. he was a polite gentleman, we did talk it out. sadly they need better staff. that will guy that claimed to be the manager and blocked my acc from orders. he needs to be reprimanded. but all out thanks alan. i will revise this from a 1 star to 2 star. i hope my next interaction isnt as poor...
