Reply to store: No way this young lady whom I had this experience with is a "Great" team member, and if she is, she Wasn't that day. And if one IS considered a "Great staff member," that iS and Should be All the time, and to ALL customers, not just Some days or to Some people. There was no misunderstanding, because there was Barely any communication. A question/s was asked, and she shrugged🤷🏿♀️and gave poor answers with a Poor ATTITUDE. There was no mis- anything; she was Rude. Even the elder whom I was with said so. Nowhere is it written that I stayed she was clueless or unintelligible; just UNWILLING, which is WORSE. Someone who Doesn't know (& tries to help) is at least Better than someone who IS RUDE AND DOES NOT CARE. I've had Better service here with other girls over the Phone.📞 Sounds like an excuse. Unfortunately, I can't give more than this star to this store. And I can't say it's for the management; it's All about the customer service. They're Terrible. This isn't the First time that I've had an incident with them or rather issue - whether over the phone or in person - unfortunately.😕😩😒 Last time, a Young girl with Orange braids,👩🏿🦰 tattoos on her arm/ hand and a bandaid onher nose (presumably bc she has a nose ring), was the cashier. Let's just Say: she was Very NOT helpful. When asked a question, she shrugged her shoulders.🤷🏿♀️ When I asked her Another question to point in the situation of am item, She Snapped and answered me LOUDLY, and VERY rudely, as if she was talking to a CHILD, NOT a customer!!😢Even my company noticed.😡 They Will NOT get my patronage. I was a faithful customer for years now and have spend alot of money here. I've never returned an item. However, I mistakenly brought the wrong hair product during my last visit a few weeks ago. The item had not been opened or used I kept the receipt to exchange. The management Mike came over No greeting or "Hello" with such an ugly attitude and distemperment, tossed the box around said "No Exchange" because the box was opened didn't take the time to check that the product was still sealed. Told me to just get another one thats the same. Well you don't have the item I need here and I'm purchasing other products. I felt totally uncomfortable and choose not purchase the remaining items. Which would've totaled out to more than the item I wanted to return. I will find another beauty supply store to support and spend moneythere's many to pick from all over Ft Lauderdale. As a business owner myself I DONT support rudeness. There's too many other things to deal with in the world. It also sadly shows what the employees have to put up with behind the scenes.

Read moreThis had been a store that I used to frequent all the time this one particular day I went there and stood in line no one called me up to the counter which they used to have what are two lines where everyone would line up so one lady cut in front of me and I said to the cashier did you know she cut me and he said there's a sign that tells you to walk up to the counter and I said where's the sign he says the sign is right there underneath the counter not visible are large print to see that you must approach the counter so I was a little unhappy with the answer so I walked out and before I walked out I would assume this was the owner's wife who I asked who the owner was and she said yes that is the owner and I explain the situation I guess she was tired of hearing me complain regarding the sign and that it should be raised visibly to see that I need to approach the counter she put her hand up as saying enough without saying it I was very unhappy with her unprofessional lsim to put her hand up as to say enough and then she said thank you so I have not visited that store in a while my complaint is is in a black neighborhood they are not black owners but they're okay with receiving and having black people spend their money in their store but when you have a issue is not listen to in a professional manner where I'm not left feeling like I...
