Terrible experience. They served me food that I have an allergy to. I didn't know it was in the food until I started eating it. I brought it to the attention of the person behind the counter and she just asked if I want another one. I told her, no, I already ate the food and will get very sick because of that. She just smiled and shrugged her shoulders and walked away. What a shame that the terrible service will keep us from ever returning here. The food was great, according to the rest of our party, but you cannot treat your clientele like that...it got worse! They still charged me for the food that I was allergic to and didn't eat..
EDIT: In response to the response on my post. The ingredients list is very small on the digital menu. And the location of the toppings for the burgers is below the burgers. Also, when the orders were placed, she asked me if I wanted every other item on the burger (listing everything), except for the bacon, which I did not realize came on every burger (something that is not very common). At the end of the day though, I brought it to your employee's attention that I had consumed a food I'm allergic to and will become sick afterward (I had taken 3 bites of my burger and not eaten a single fry). Her response was to shrug and walk away. She then removed my plate later when clearing the table having seen that I hadn't eaten anything else after this exchange. When it came time to pay the bill, I saw that I was still charged for the burger. I asked her to remove it from the bill since it was not eaten except for 3 bites. She told me no. If I would have known that I would be charged full price for my burger, I would have asked for a box so someone else in my party could have taken the burger home and enjoyed it later. Made no sense why I almost waited an hour to get my food and seeing people that already ordered after me get their food so fast. The atmosphere of the building is pretty chill, but the music was too damn loud. My dad tried to talk to me, and there was a point that I couldn’t hear him due to the music being too loud. I thought Colombian spots Would be more quality and enjoyable Instead of being quantity and being it’s so expensive
At the end of the day; I appreciate what I got my parents appreciated what they got. But I still feel kinda Disappointed in why it’s so expensive just to get a burger. The atmosphere was pretty chill, but i But the music was very loud.

No reason why I gave it a 7.9 out of 10 is that; Colombian spots like this shouldn’t not be expensive. I remember going to a bunch of Colombian spots because of my dad and there was places that are so cool to go there in terms of the environment, the price of the food and the feel of it that it’s a Colombian spot. Food was ok for ordering out after a certain time instead of relying on fast food chain food. No matter how you ordered, the food takes extremely long (hoursssss) I ordered through Uber eats from there once or twice with little issue, went to pick up and order to go, no one acknowledges you AT ALL and when they finally do, FOOD IS STILL NOT EVER READY. This time I ordered on ubereats and waited almost 2 hours so I called to figure what was going on… phone was not being answered then they would pick up and hang up. They said that they didn’t have my phone number and address but how is that possible if I ordered off of Uber eats before and it got to me so what was the problem this time? Uber keeps my address in the app and I was looking at my address on the order as I was speaking to someone that works there; And so, my order was never pushed through and I wasted 2 hours waiting bc I thought everything was fine and they were just taking forever like they always do but no, I was wrong and Was forced to cancel the order. Instead of lying, should have just called and said that you didn’t have veggie burgers that I ordered, that’s all. The consumer is what keeps your business going and they seem to not care.
