Chasity is absolutely AMAZING! When planning our wedding, I went to several florist that were recommended by our venue or by wedding websites. I am not a flower kind of girl I like roses and orchids and that is about as much as I know about flowers. Flowers were not a priority for me or my husband. I had found a picture of a very elegant centerpiece that seemed to me very pretty and unique. After seeing 5+ florists and getting quoted $10,000 ++ for something I thought was going to be "simple" we had decided to just place candles on the tables and use the money for other things. I met Chasity who was introduced to me by our DJ and wedding planner. She was so kind and was shocked when I showed her the picture of the centerpieces, bouquets and decorations I had in mind and who much I had been quoted. She offered to work on an invoice for me and I thought, why not. When I got her invoice I thought it was a joke as it was more than 3 times cheaper than anything else I was quoted and to decorate EVERYTHING. We were so happy and I do have to admit I was wondering how it would all turn out but she is the kind of genuine person that you can trust and I decided to trust her. I am SO THANKFUL I did, everything she did was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! Chasity went above and beyond and made sure she made my vision come true, and again it was even more gorgeous than what I expected. When we went to see the centerpiece "trial" it was just MAGNIFICENT! With COVID and all the changes in guest count, tables etc... I had told her to make it work with our budget even if she had to not make the centerpieces as big. I have no idea how she did it but she did. I almost cried walking into our ballroom, and I am not a crier. It was just so beautiful. She decorated our cake so beautifully. Our bouquets were everything I ever dreamt of, just very simple, classy and elegant. Our welcome table was beautiful and she even managed to decorate our church which helped cover up the ugly COVID blue tapes. I am SO THANKFUL and BLESSED for everything Chasity and her team did. Please do not order any flowers from this place. They are unprofessional people and are not very truthful on their word. If you do not want to be disappointed please shop elsewhere. This place made my experience with them a total disaster. I ordered 2 flowers from this place on 12/10/2020 by calling them after viewing their flower inventory online bcs I was out of town coming to a funeral in the area. My loved one passed away and I went to view the body at the funeral home the night before the funeral. I was appalled and highly disappointed by the 2 flowers that I ordered from this place. I was sorta embarrassed bcs the flowers were very small. I did not get my moneys worth. The following Monday I called Blosssom Street Florist to make a complaint and a representative by the name of Chasity promised me a full refund that I never requested from her in the 1st place. I only called to make a complaint. I called several times to advise them that I never received the refund and the response was non caring. Please stay away from this place. I paid $100 for a pink floral arrangement and $200 for a cross $300 total is what I paid for 2 very small flowers. And the way the company kept lying to me about a refund added insult to injury. I ordered flowers for my mother (it was a serious situation) via this florist. Granted, I found them from "googling" (they came up quickly), but since Tamarac isn't a big city I figured they would come through. Well, they didn't. Not only didn't they deliver the flowers (which costs most than $140), but they didn't call me to tell me that they were undeliverable (they weren't. They just didn't try). They had all the numbers to call, too. But the worst part was that the owner was incredible rude to me, and her husband (who heard the conversation) was calling me names in the background. The owner also told me that "I don't need your business." (really? business is that great in South Florida? I doubt it). Of course, she should have apologized profusely and made it right. Instead she just didn't care and also insulted me (I in my 50's). AVOID THIS FLORIST AT ALL COST! I did file a complain with the BBB, and my credit card company will be removing the charge. However, this is a local business. This sort of things is not only unprofessional, but nasty. The sad thing was also that I was assured that the flowers were going to be delivered today (and needed to be delivered). Instead, I was charged for a service that didn't happen. Blossom Street Florist doesn't deserve anyone's business. They don't care about the customer. There are so many other florists locally (I am angry with myself for trying them!)....
