I've been supporting this business for years and its always something. However, because I like to Support black owned business It's a lot of things I over look. I'm not going to address any issues that has happen prior years, I'm 'going to focus on one this year and end of December 2018. In the morning I take my son to school and drive from 193rd and 441 to your location next to 24 hr. fitness to start off my morning, and for some reason on more than 2 occasions the store is not open the listed time on Google maps which is 9:00 a.m; because of this Today I even waited in my car for 10 extra mins before I got out my car. This last time this happen about a week ago. I was advised by the young lady that the other location is open. So I went to the other location. I'm A very understand person and things happen; I've ran a smoothie business for 3+ years. So I drive to the other location, and it's now 10 something in the morning and the door is locked! smh I've even risked being late one afternoon for work around 5pm to drive to the location next to 24hr fitness, and find a note on the door. Bad enough I over look the mediocre customer service and the inconstancy in the taste of the smoothies among employees. This brand has so much potential the food is good, The smoothies good even the house dressing I'm to pay extra for just to have in my refrigerator. Read moreLet me say that I have been visiting this restaurant almost daily for about 3 years. Today I am highly displeased with the lack of customer service I received today. I want to write a review just in case I decide not to return in person to place a formal complaint. Today I asked the server, which I believe may be related to the owner (to be specific it is the short-dark skin man with dreads), is it still the lunch special? His response once “what does it say?” I replied “I don’t know what does it say?” and he said “it says 1-3.” After I placed my order I asked “Is Jasmine working today?” He replied, “would you have left if she is not working today?” Let me be the first to tell you that customer service is everything. I don’t care if you were joking or not. I have consistently supported this business even when my order is not correct. Lately, I will visit this facility and it will be one person working and he will constantly say “we are only selling smoothies because we don’t have a cook right now.” I hope the owner read this complaint and have a serious question conversation with her team. Read moreOne of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. My coworkers and I ordered 8 items off the menu, all the salads and wrap that we ordered were wrong, and 4 of us paid extra for shrimp and got 3 pieces and shrimp is $5.99 extra. Also 1 of my coworkers are allergic to shrimp and all of the salads had shrimp. 2 off my coworkers went back to the location and the employees stated that they were out of lettuce so they gave us cabbage and spinach to substitute. Which they did NOT advise us prior to ordering. The employee stated that they called the owner to let her be aware that they were out of lettuce but no answer, the employees also stated that’s it’s always hard to get in touch with her whenever they need her. My co worker called the owner from her phone and stated she can’t do a refund now being that her employees need a code to do a refund. The owner advised us to go back to restaurant tomorrow for a refund. The restaurant looks nice but I do NOT recommend because communication skills are horrible.
