Experience here is usually pleasant if not neutral. If I'm not here to eat, I'm here to pick up an order. At night, when you have to use the drive through, the line can last up to half an hour. While there isn't usually a problem, every now and then, staff with explosively drop the ball. If I'm waiting in a line wrapped around the location and wait 10 minutes just to the intercom, the least you can do when I tell you that I'm an Uber driver is ask me which order I'm here for, confirm that it exist, then instruct me on what to do next. Unfortunately, if you aren't going in to pick up, what you get is just "drive up", wait another 10- 15 minutes, and when you get to the window, they tell you that they gave the order to the car prior to yours. They confirmed nothing and don’t know what’s going on, but “can you pull forward while you figure things out?” These delivery drivers aren’t getting paid for time or good intentions and their vehicles don’t run on it either. Nearly half an hour wasted and I gained nothing from it. This is one of those locations I frequently take long pauses before accepting requests from at night. Read moreMy wife went through drive thru tonight. Ordered food and came home. Her order was missing. While she went back, I called and spoke with someone who immediately knew about the missing order. I explained my dissatisfaction and stated I would be expecting a refund for the meal and was told, " Yes. Our fault". When my wife arrived she was consistently dismissed by Val who continually referred to her as "Honey". Stated there would be no refund and refused to bring out the manager on duty. She laughed at my wife stating we tried to let you know your order wasn't complete after you drive away. Really? How? Do not come here. No customer service. No desire to treat customers with any respect. Sub-par service and food. Too bad I can't give less than one star. I've contacted corporate office by email and phone. Read moreThe drive-thru crew working tonight, was amazing! Not only were they quick & efficient, they also went above & beyond! I recently started collecting Wynwood Mural cups, and was excited to see the newest one had dropped. I made the 20-minute drive to this location (closest one to me) and although the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building I figured it was worth the wait to get the newest cup. I was pleasantly surprised how fast the line went, and already knew they must be a pretty great team.
When I went to pay, I was told they were out of the special cups, & although I was disappointed, I accepted there wasnt anything that could done. But thanks to one employee who assured the others there was a brand new box, they found the cups and totally made my night! In my experience most restaurant employees would not have cared enough to even look, so I was very impressed and extremely gratful.
