Jackie Gleason Park — Attraction in Lauderhill

This is a great park. I used to bring my children here who are now 26 years old. Today, I get to bring my nephews here along with my grandson to enjoy the sane memories. The park has since been upgraded and has a fabulous splash pad to keep the kids ni e and cool. The basketball court is great, so my younger son, 11, had the opportunity to play a friendly game of basketball with other neighboring kids. There is a jungle gym type area and a place to walk if you simply just want to enjoy the outdoors while getting a decent workout. The bathrooms are clean, which was surprising to me. Nice little park with wide open space. A bit peeved at the authprities though. During the early part of the pandemic the gesapo closed the kiddie part and of course left the courts open for the local brothers to play ball without masks etc. So see who gets away with what.
