I did not have a great experience. The young lady who made my sub did not do a good job. I did not eat it. I wasted $12 and some change. I am not satisfied. I asked if she could please make my sub over. This is what happened initially I went to the drive-through and ordered a foot-long turkey sub at the speaker. I specifically at for salt and pepper, oil and vinegar and then mayo and mustard (standard) as well as some other toppings. When I came up to pay that is when I asked for Extra oil and vinegar and mayo and mustard on the side, when the young lady handed me my sub. When she came back to the window I asked where was the extra things I asked for on the side she said that we don’t have containers to do that I said OK then I double check my sub, it was smother and mayo and mustard , so i parked and went inside, and kindly showed her my sub and asked to make it over she said she can’t and I said, can you ask your manager she said, even if I ask a manager they would say no. Then I said, can you call them she refused to then she walked away for me. That was rude. other guys came in. I still sat at the checkout, waiting for her to help me. the guest checked out, I moved out the way nicely. I asked her once again could you please make this sub over? I can’t I eat it she refused. Then she walked away and left and there as a paying customer not being able to make my sub. I did not eat my sub that I paid for. I drove to the drive-thru and asked if they took the coupon for three footlongs for $19.99. The person, who I assume is a guy, spoke very slowly as if he was waking from his slumber, and I disturbed him and said that they don't take the coupons. So i proceeded to ask the employee how much it was for three footlongs since they dont take the coupon. I kid you not. I waited over 10 minutes for a response. So I said excuse me, I would like two Philly cheesesteak footlongs. He then asked me what about the three footlongs. So I stated I asked you for the price of the three footlongs 10 minutes ago and have been waiting for the price. This employee then threatened me and said that I had better be careful what I said. The family member with me said they no longer wanted the food, and we drove off. If Subway hires these people, I doubt they will be in business too long. And I will never eat at a subway ever...
