Just went to this store beacuse I needee hair last minute to go somewhere. I decided am going to price 2 stores.  store #1 and BEAUTY TREND  okay I had a flyer from store 1 and I was trying to decide which store is in my budget the sales man from this store ( Old guy🧓  )told me he will match the price and see if his boss will give me a DISCOUNT  😑  I picked out a hair  bundle deal  when I went to the cashier he never told her about the DISCOUNT  okay np ... I said uk what I rather get a grade 10A for $130 than a 7A  so I keep on looking. I ask the guy for B&B  hair he said I'll match the price of the other store and give you a good price because  he noticed  I desperately  looking for hair,he then asked me see the flyer of the other store okay np .. am thinking this guy genuinely  trying to help me out so I was like okay fine....  I asked him to see B&B hair ( a hair brand) the other store has the price for $120. I saw the B&B in his hand for $95 he said I'll give you for $110 how that sound?? I was shock 😳 he then told the manager in the store (female) in a different  language to give me for $110 . I then ask to see the bundles because  he refused to give it to me ,but guess what. HE REMOVED THE  sticker off the pack( $95 ) I said  there was a sticker on it  and I just walked off . I called the store and told  manager  (female) that i noticed everything  and all she said was okay okay okay  wow 🥴crazy!! I only put one start because that’s the only way I’m able to right my review I had the worst customer service here I came their to shop and the African woman I believe she works there watch me in every single row I went in made me feel so uncomfortable like I was trying to steal something the whole time she watched me while I was in the store. Then when I went to pay for the stuff at the cashier and I asked the cashier about it her reply is well “she works here” and she straight up called me liar and she laughed.I told them both I won’t come their again because they made me very uncomfortable their reply...

Since this lady have taking over this beauty supply store have not been the same I always spend my money in this store. I spent about $60 the other day buying wig glue, edge brush’s, scissors and hair dyes and the lace glue I buy that was $25 wasn’t no good so I bring it back asking if I can just exchange it and the lady was just rude and nasty telling me she can’t do it cause it was open I let the lady know it was no good and barely used that lady really had me spend another $30 in the store because she didn’t want me to exchange it for another glue.I WONT SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR IN THAT PLACE ...
