checkers can charge you for cheese but they don't deduct anything off of the fact that they don't have all the toppings that supposed to be on the burger. I'm trying to get a classic burger and they say it comes with ALL toppings, but when I list ALL the toppings it's to come with, I'm told some of them are out. You're running a business, you run out of tomatoes but still charge for a full Burger that's supposed to come with it. Essentially I would have gotten a burger with missing items and they wouldn't have told me otherwise. Lady at the window say they can't control it which I completely understand & I was being very cordial but I can tell she was starting to have an attitude so I just told her as she wouldn't look at me and turned away as she spoke. Told her I didn't want HER to get mad and she was just like okay and closed the window on me. Customer service is severely lacking these days.. but who cares right? A customer gets upset, & complain.. it doesn't matter because we continue to order & support the business and they continue making money so why bother making improvements. I'm a stickler for reviews and although I know not all of them are valid if a business has a low score based on their company and no one from the companies responds or tries to make it right with the customer that's a problem but when you're a large food chain, it doesn't matter. but it matters to me and even though it may not do anything I'm still going to come on here and make my thoughts be known. 😅 should have stayed at home, save money and made my own burger like I normally do versus eating this...

I decided to try out the new Honey Buffalo Mother Cruncher burger since it looked good with cheese and when i receive it and bite into it, i felt like something was missing. I open up the chicken sandwich and realize that they forgot to add in the pepper jack cheese. So, I called it in since I was already too far to return to the store and it isn't my nearby checkers and they listened to my order issue, noted it and said they would call me back in a few days after verifying the issue. So, I get a call back a week later and they say that the only way they can make the issue better is if I return to that same location and order that same sandwich combo again. I explained to them that i don't live near that store location and if I could redeem at another store closer to me, they immediately said no. So then i asked if i can get the refund back in form of check mailed to me since i paid in cash, they also said no. I asked if there is anything else they can do to supposedly give me good customer service and again a no. So, that "help hotline" is a scam that doesnt truly care. They never have the chocolate shakes that we want and when you tell them to refund you for the stuff you didn't get or to replace it with something else? They say call the number on the receipt for your refund. Are you serious? The worst and I mean the worst fast food restaurant I have ever dealt with.
