The absolute WORST customer service.
Ordered a pizza at 5:32 for my husband and children while I went to a meeting. Pending transaction out of my bank account, order placed. Went to a meeting. Got messages that pizza was not delivered from my husband. He called. They said they had NO order. At this point it’s 8:20 when I am out of my meeting and of course they had to get food elsewhere. I go to the store because I don’t feel like explaining myself over the phone and I want them to see the transaction from my bank account. The girl I talked with was very kind but spent 20 minutes trying to figure out why they did not receive my order when she said “I remember that order coming through but I don’t know what happened to it.” I responded with “well my family has already ate of course so I just need a refund “ She explained the GM wasn’t in and he would be there in a few minutes. I left her my number . He called me about 5 minutes later and was the MOST unprofessional, argumentative manager I have ever dealt with. He said he couldn’t do anything and even went on to try to explain how banking works to me and that the transaction was just pending so I needed to wait 10 days. I would’ve accepted a credit from them towards a future order but they gave me no option besides the one where they couldn’t help me! I normally wouldn’t leave a review but I get better customer service from some of the rude employees...

A pizza The young man put me on hold and 12 minutes later. No one still came to the phone, so takes the manager 12 minutes to box a pizza. I eventually just hang up and decide to go through the pain. Staking recording that keeps asking you will be pick up our delivery. Even though I'm not placing an order. I'm trying to speak to a manager and I finally get through waiting on someone to pick up the phone and the phone is picked up and immediately disconnected, this place does not care about service. Does not care about customer concerns and apparently thinks that their lack of customer care. Will have no effect on business. Read morePersonally placed an online order for delivery tonight got an call right after ordering telling me that delivery was three hours out and I was told my delivery would be at 1030pm. Well at 1030 no pizza and call the store back and in told that the driver got here and no one answered the door. That if I still wanted my order I would have to come get it. It was a security concern for them to try to delivery again. I was then told the delivery times are estimated. You lied sir about when you were going to delivery my order. I will be speaking with the morning manager tomorrow morning I do have call records for when you called myself to confirm my order. While your driver could have called my phone number like yourself did to get me to answer the door. Customer service and integrity are what make a company.
