Burger King — Restaurant in Laurinburg

Rarely go to this burger king bc I've had enough unsatisfactory experiences here over the past couple decades that they almost cancel out the good ones. Today, decided to give it another go. It's been a couple years since my last visit, maybe things are better now. Wrong. This morning's experience-- Young lady taking drive thru order was short and snappy. Outright unfriendly. Immediately I'm thinking, this was a mistake. I did not feel my visit was appreciated. At the window, she was nearly silent (NOT wearing a face mask!!!) gave me a total and made no eye contact. She took my money, removed my one dollar in change from the register, began to hand it to me, then noticed the other young woman behind her was coming to hand me my coffee, and handed her the dollar bill instead to give to me. Then she abruptly turned and walked away. The only reason I'm giving them 3 stars is bc the order was correct and fresh and bc the second young lady was very courteous and professional. Unfortunately, it'll be another couple years before my next visit. If they even get another chance. Big if. Hope the second young lady finds a friendlier and more teamwork oriented work...

Went through the drive-through was greeted with attitude I asked for one sausage eggs and cheese crossiant and one bacon egg and cheese crossiant instead got two soggy bacon egg and cheese crossiant sandwiches when I went inside I informed them that my order was wrong even though it was repeated back to me. When I asked for my sausage Eggs and cheese crossiant I was informed they was all out of sausage and other breakfast items. I was given what they wanted me to have instead of what I paid for and it upset me when all they had to do when i was ordering was inform me they didn't have sausage but instead they chose to lie to me instead and didn't count on me checking my bag before I left. The crossiants were soggy and greasy and made me nauseous. I'll just go to bojangles or Hardee's or any other establishment for a quick breakfast...

The Food is ok. Lately, It has improved over the past two years. My favorites are the original chicken sandwich, bacon egg cheese croissant and french toast sticks. They are ultimately delicious. As far as staff, some are very pleasant, polite and demonstrate good customer service skills. On the other hand, some have poor presentation of customer service skills. Some of the staff have unpleasant attitudes such as in facial expressions, tone of voice, and conversation. This is especially true for some of the staff that be at the drive thru business. Overall, burger itself across the board is a great entity. However you take a chance at each establishment. It's not the business. Its the people who work the job positions. My overall view is that all staff need to be on one accord as far as demonstrating excellent and professional...
