In recent Years KFC in Laurinburg, North Carolina was a good place to eat a great place to take your family and get a good KFC fried chicken meal, but in the last year. The customer service has been on the steady decline and recently The past couple of months have been just horrible. They've redone the inside of the building and it looks fantastic, but the customer service is at a all time low. The employees clearly do not care. I ordered food at 8:00pm to only be told. They have no Mac and cheese. They're out of this. They're out of this. They are very limited on everything they always are missing Something in your bag and always missing something when it comes to side's, they're always having bad Customer service is just a horrible experience. When you go there, we waited an hour for an online order that had been placed at 8 o'clock and wasn't made until after 9. If my daughter and wife did not write like this place, I would never go back there. Bojangles has recently reopened in our town along with a new popeye's, That is being built and soon I will no longer have to depend on KFC for my fried chicken needs. And I will thankfully not have to visit the establishment any longer. Please do something because soon no one will go there because we do not want to spend money to not have good service and be treated like garbage. Praying for improvement, my lil girl loves KFC, but I can't spend and hour and that is not the first hour wait there for something that is should never take more that 25 to 30 minutes, and that's giving tune for me to let the chicken cook completely, so there isn't a good reason for an hour wait once and definitely not twice. Between the employees being rude and the insane wait time. I got 2, 3 piece dinners and waited an hour with no line in the building, just ridiculous, if I ordered 2, 50 piece meals, I'd be fair and not complain, I expect that to take an hour. But 2, 3 piece dinners is just not worth an hour of my day, the service is terrible, the never having sides when you have 2 to 3 hours of business left to go, this had happened 3 to 4 times in a 2 month period, I can't stress enough how rude and just completely rude the people are that work there, it's quite possibly the worst customer service experience we have in town. It's 1 star, the food is mid at best, the location is up to date, that's the only positive I can find to mention, other than that it's 1 🌟 I'd give it half a star if I had an emoji for on...

EDIT: My previous review gave KFC three stars. Unfortunately after my last visit, I'd be on the verge of starvation before I pay hard earned money for their food products.
Don't expect anything on the menu to be readily available for purchase and consumption. Anything you order, almost, needs a ten minute wait. The bare minimum is always prepared, to 'avoid wasting food' is what I heard. Always something wrong with the drink machine. They never think to refill the Sweet Tea, in the South not having sweet tea available is just plain sorry and lazy.
The straw to break the back, after the wait and disappointment through the ordering process, is the combo or meal being incomplete. Whether that's a missing cookie that accompanies a Famous Bowl or 5 hot wings in your order of 6. The lack of concern for the finished product going out the door is atrocious. Not even a thought to ensure the quality of what's in the bag or accuracy of the order.
At the end of the day all these issues stem from poor management and ownership's greed. As a customer you have no idea how much I'd love to give this cussing to the company's executives and franchise ownership. The workers may be a slight issue, but the culture and attitudes created start at the top.
It's a definite sign that top brass in KFC are lazy, sorry, and could care less. That same piss poor attitude trickles all the way down the line to...
Read moreI just arrived back home from placing an order at the KFC in Laurinburg, NC. I had waited an inordinate amount of time in line before placing my order. Two cars took approximately four minutes each. When I finally was able to place my order, I plum forgot to mention that I was a senior. I had waited so long. When I got to the window to pay and get my order, I asked if the price they quoted me was a senior discount and the answer was no. I was told they had to ask the manager to come change the price. No manager appeared. Instead I was told I should have told them when I ordered. To keep the peace I went ahead and paid the extra. I thought that would smooth things over. But to make bad matters worse, the girl giving me my change and order dropped the change in my hand in a rude manner and shoved my order (both pie and drink) at me while complaining she was tired, and herhher feet hurt. I prayed to God about the situation, and I prayed over that food REAL hard too! I waited in line patiently, placed my order, paid more when I should have stood my ground and was disrespected by an achy feet employee! Stop being so inconsiderate and soak your feet and attitude before you show up...
