About a month ago... Ordered 2 mediums. Showed up at 25 minute mark (this is how long I was told my order would take when I called it in). Went thru drive thru. Someone took my money ($100 bill) but walked off presumably to get change. But she never came back. Finally got another employee (just coming back from a delivery he'd left to make after I got there) to give me change. Was told it was almost ready. Sat at window another half an hour. Just watching. There was no organization in the kitchen. I wanted to get my money back and leave, but NO ONE would even look at me. Cars behind me turned off their cars and went in. Never saw any come back out. Several employees, but only 2 seemed to have a clue as to how to do anything. The young girl making pizzas, wings and subs seemed frustrated, slow and confused. Then I saw her wipe her nose and go right back to touching food. Thank goodness one of the 2 good ones replaced her. (The other was off on another delivery.) I watched him make my order and personally hand it over. Otherwise I would've demanded my money back. Snot was not, and never will be, a topping I order. Altogether, it took an hour and a half total. One hour waiting at the window for 2 pizzas already paid for. And here's the kicker... got home and one of them wasn't cut! An entire medium. Read moreMy entire family was disappointed with dinner. Pizza arrived COLD and of course DRY because it sat somewhere for an hour and 17 minutes before it was delivered. The order was placed, online, at 3:17pm. When the pizza was "in the oven" I arrived at the delivery Hot Spot and called in to confirm the delivery location and address. Gentlemen confirmed the delivery address. At 3:33 Shania's staff removed the pizza and started the quality check. Apparently, the quality check is a joke! I called again at 3:39 pm, 4:20 pm, and at 4:37 pm. At this point they had no idea where our food was. At 4:47 pm the food was delivered. I told the driver that this food was done cooking at 3:33 pm and I hope someone had enough sense to cook fresh food! I'm sure the kids will have a tummy ache soon since the pizza sat for over an hour. They should do better with timing from oven to delivery or cook fresh food if a delivery issue with extreme delays occurs. I called to speak with the manager, Shania, who had ZERO concerns about the poor quality of service received. You would think she would show some level of care since her name is placed as a quality reviewer. Where's the quality? Where's the integrity? Read moreDATE & TIME: 03/01/20 @ noon. My husband and I along with two other couples went to Domino's after church to enjoy lunch together, and that is exactly what we did. The two ladies behind the counter made our sandwiches and breads to perfection all while being exceedingly friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was clean, the food piping hot and delicious, and our meal was thoroughly enjoyed. I only wish I'd gotten the names of the two ladies - they were killing it while being gracious hosts over our time in the dining area. WELL DONE, DOMINO'S!!!
UPDATE 10/29/21: Papa John's RUINED our order, which was delivered 45 mins late and arrived incorrect by a Door Dash delivery driver, not a Papa John's driver. We were out our purchase money plus our $20 tip to the driver because we didn't realize it was wrong until driver had left. We tried to call Papa John's without success, so we drove it back to the store and left it on the counter - no one in there cared. But we then ordered from Domino's.
