As someone who has worked in the food industry, I'm typically not one to complain. But this experience was just not good. The employees were rude but that's just to be expected from fast food workers now unfortunately. They got my order wrong, not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES!!
I ordered a big double burger tray with two chicken quesadillas and a huge diet coke. After waiting 10 minutes in line with only one car ahead of me, they rang me up for a large diet coke. No problem, it happens, just asked them to for a huge one at the window.
You'll see in the picture what I had ordered on the burger. Nowhere on that ticket did I order mustard. When I got the burger, it was smothered in mustard. Which typically, I'm not super picky on something like that, but I hate mustard... Ok, that's slightly annoying, but not a big deal right. I just go back to the window, show them the ticket, and politely ask if I can have it remade.
They remake it, and I open the burger when I get back to my car to make sure it's right just to find out, that my big double burger has now turned into a little single. Rather than two patties, there is now one, small patty.
At this point I just cut my losses and left. Given the whole experience, I didn't want to have them remake it again and risk having my food spit in or something. Safe to say though that I will never be...
Read moreYou get a 2-star because the shakes were good, but the attitude of the young woman who took our order and who handed us our shakes was pitiful... I understand good help is hard to find, but customer service is still important. We couldn't understand her at the drive thru menu. When we repeated our request, asking if a shake could be made a specific way, her response was "Yes! That's what I said already!" At NO point was there a "Hello", "Welcome", "Thank you",... It was almost humiliating. There was zero gratitude for our patronage nor was there any kindness. I regret paying for our order and wish I'd asked for management. It will be a very long time before we return. Take notice of Wendy's and Chick-fil-A - their customer service almost always rings all the bells of gratitude and appreciation, and that's because of great training and great on-going management.
This is the truth. We just got back into town after visiting relatives in a tiny Arkansas town where every store, every restaurant was filled with clerks and servers expressing courtesy and pleasantries. Had our relatives been with us here to experience this treatment, we would have been so embarrassed... ashamed of...
Read moreWe visit the Cookout in Laurinburg NC. To start with, we ordered a char-grilled chicken sandwich barbecue styled with only cheese and bacon. We began to check the food and they gave us a sandwich with everything on it including the pickles and Mayo which my son does not like. We took our order back nicely and stated it was wrong. We was told since it was not right on the ticket we would have to repay. We were not there to make a scene so we said okay. They then took the sandwich back which was a red flag as i thought you were not suppose to take any food back and stated they remade the sandwich. I then recheck the food for the third time and seen a pickle in the wrapper and mayo as it seemed to be them whipping it off thinking we wouldn’t notice. I paid for a fresh sandwich but unfortunately they gave me the same one back. We then went back again and showed them the problem, again nicely and patiently but with us visiting three times for one meal crazy food me.
