I genuinely do not know how to properly review this place. I have been a regular since 2020. First let me be honest that this location is all over the place from quality to portion sizes to the service. There was a kind gentleman, always pleasant that I would only ever see late at night and if he was there I could guarantee that my order was ALWAYS right, complete in the bag, and that they didn't skimp.on the portions. Outside of that man though? There are a couple of girls in particular that notably have horrendous attitudes and you will ALWAYS be missing items and/or ingredients in the items you actually do get. Portion sizes? Your chalupa will be completely empty for the first half of it you eat. Unfortunately I haven't seen that one gentleman in a while so every time I have come here it's just been issue after issue. Read moreThe lady manager on duty had a nasty attitude. I asked the cashier for a receipt for my mobile order and she asked the manager. The manager came up and said I couldn't have one and walled away. Then I odered a chicken power bowl and the rice was super hard and not fresh (rice cake hard). I asked the cashier could I have some fresh rice. The manager came back to the window again and said, (in a fed up tone), we just cooked that rice at 5pm. Well it is after 7 so it was not just cooked. And it was not fresh and every bite had a mouthful of hard grains. So I waited on my receipt and my fresh rice. I let them know I get a receipt all the time that is the only way I order. I asked the cashier to speak to the manager she said that is the manager. I asked for the head manager. He was not there. I will be making a corporate call.. The manager came back and gave the receipt to the cashier and said "here tell her to have a good day." (With an attitude) and walked away bumping into the young cashier who looked like she was just stuck in the middle. Seemed like know respect towards the customer ordering and on top of that i ordered a few differrent items to eat which totaled about $25. 2 OF THOSE ITEMS WERE BURRITO SUPREMES AND WHEN I GET HOME AND OPEN THEM UP THERE IS NOTHING ON THEM. 1 HAS RICE AND SMALL PEICES OF CHICKEN AND THE OTHER HAS STEAK ,LETTUCE AND A LITTLE RICE. THATS IT. WHEN I ORDER A SUPREME ITS FULLY LOADED. WHICH MEANS SUPREME. THE BEAN BURRITOES HAD MORE ON THEM THAN WHAT I GOT FOR ALMOST $8 A COMBO. IF I DIDNT STAY SO FAR AWAY I WOULD HAVE WENT BACK AND GAVE THEM A PEICE OF MY MIMD. I TRIED TO CALL AND NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. TRIED 5 TIMES. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT THIS STORE. ITS USUALLY ON POINT BUT I CAN TELL BY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY HAVE NOW I CAN UNDERSTAND WHY IT WAS MESSED UP.
