If I could give this place any lower I would. I placed a $60 order and did not know my sushi roll came with fish eggs and eel sauce. I asked the Asian lady at the counter if she could replace my order and she told me yes. I had not opened the box or touched the food. I asked if I could pay only for the order of sushi without. She told me no and that their policy was to make food to order. I proceeded to tell her that normally a California roll does not come with all the extra. I also informed her that I was 4 months pregnant and could not eat that. I told her I would either pay for only what I wanted or nothing at all (a loss of $5 or a loss of $60). She chose to lose the $60. During that time, I sat inside with my family. My sister ends up finding a hair in her food, and when my other sister pays for her food they short change her. I have my brother reorder my food and she purposely takes forever to make it. At the end of the night, I asked our waitress for service. She then yells at me from the register and mind you I am sitting at the back of the restaurant. She continues to help the other customers and ignores us. I got up and let the lady know she was rude, the establishment is nasty, and the customer service is horrible. If I could offer anyone a piece of advice it would be to stay away...

On 12/17/24 around 1245 pm me and my friend came out for his birthday lunch/dinner and ordered 2 pork steak shrimp combo dinners for dine in and did not have a good experience. We ordered well done vegetables and our veggies came out with our plates, tough skin on the zucchini, tough stems on the broccoli, and crunchy onions. We asked for freshly cooked softer veggies for both of our plates and our server was told by the manager that they could not do this unless we paid extra. There was no effort by management to even come speak to us let alone solve our issue in any way. The chef apparently told them he cooked the veggies well done and that was the end of it. Our server was EXCELLENT however and tried her best. I as a veteran of food service industry and former doordasher myself know that this is no way to treat a customer who has eaten here many times and is always super friendly in trying to get to know the foh staff.    Read moreService was okay. I understand itâs was getting late into their night but they did not seem to care too much. The atmosphere is not really a sit down type dinner. Lunch maybe. Got my food in a decent time. They tend to drown the food in too much stuff (veggies and sauces). So I started to ask for less of the veggies and sauces so my food wouldnât be so soggy. Question to the world, who puts zucchini in fried rice? Iâm Asian. Thatâs not a thing.. maybe in some rare occasions or requested situations but not as a standard. or lo mein with pasta liked noodles? Anyway. The only thing I really love about this place is the spring rollsđ itâs the only place that can make it the right way in the state of NC. Just wish they had the right sauce to go with it. In my Asian house hold, I have the spring roll sauce on deck.
