CAUTION: Lacking Gluten-free trained staff. After several attempts to have the order corrected, we decided to seek a refund but was given less that what we paid. Neither the drive thru staff nor the interior staff were able to understand the importance of an allergy nor did they seem to care that the order was incorrect, except the cashier who apologized but did not check the order after we requested a remake due to: breaded chicken in a dish that was meant to be gf, a burrito that was supposed to be a gf bowl (identical to the first one), no mention of gluten allergy on the receipt nor an indication that gloves were changed-- which tracks given that there was gluten present thoughout the bowl. As wedding planners, we travel quite a bit and regularly patronize Chick-fil-A without issue. This is a huge concern given the gross negligence and disregard when the situation was broached, even with management 'supervising'. Please check and recheck your food, if you go this this restaurant. As for us, we will not be...
Read moreThe dining room had trash in the floor, under tables and even trash on the condiment counter. Not one employee cleaned a table off during the 30 minutes that we were there. Didn’t eat my salad because it was gross! Tomatoes were mush and the lettuce was not fresh. The toy was left out of my grandson’s kids meal and we had to ask for it. My husband asked for extra pickles on sandwich and he received no pickles so back to counter to ask for that. Never saw a single employee come out to check on folks in the dining room like I’ve seen at every other Chick-fil-A that I’ve been too. The women’s bathroom was nasty and there was a toilet that had leaked water all over the floor! My husband said the men’s bathroom was also dirty! Went to the counter to ask for tea refills. Employee walks up to hand someone their food but ignored me and went to drive thru window and stood to talk to another employee! You are normally greeted with friendly smiles and “How may I serve you?” at most Chick-fil-A restaurants, but ...
Read moreI go to Laurinburg chick fil A often.Maybe 2 times a week. It's the only fast food place I can eat due to having celiacs disease. The last 6 months or more. The food has been less than mediocre. I always upsize my fries to a Lg.Several times the fries were so hard and were half full(no use in paying extra for a Lg fry to basically get a small).Same with my Son's food.I have ordered a meal of 12 piece grilled nuggets and would only get 8. (2 times) Their Teas aren't ever full anymore. I got a large hashbrown the other morning to share with my Son.There were only 8 in the box. There have also been times my Son's fries tasted like they were heated in the microwave. Don't get me started on the salads.Sadly,Laurinburg chick fil A has really gone down .I've had this conversation with other people in the community as well.I'm not sure what's going on ,but I hope they can get it back together .There are a lot of nice people that work there and have never had a problem fixing my order. I'm...
