I had the Worst experience ever at this location. We did 2 mobile orders and went through drive thru - ( Drive thru was not busy, only 2 cars ahead of us) then when we got to the 2nd window. It was 6:45PM when we hit "I am here" on the Burger King mobile app. Then the girl who took our order knew or was not paying attention to what we had said which was "we have 2 mobile order and she asked what the name was and we even gave the name that was on the order and she told us to pull up to the 2nd window. So we did but when we got there she did not slide the door or anything to let us know about how long the food would take. She just gave only one medium drink and then it was a waiting game from there till 20 minutes later at 7:05 pm. They were not very communicative or even have a sense of professionalism. Until some guy opens up the window and says oh we are sorry, we are short staffed today but the food will be coming shortly. Then we asked what about our 2nd drink and the order? He looked confused like I was talking in a different language. Then he also said the F word because he finally realized we were waiting for our 2nd order as well and he was finally aware that they had messed up the order or whatever it was going on because we could hear their yelling inside their kitchen area. There was another coworker back there and she heard all the conversation about our order. So she shoved the guy backwards and wanted to take in-charge like as if she has more professionalism or attitude maybe? She was asking us what the problem was and we told her everything and gave out our order details too and she could not even tell the correct order to the kitchen staff. After the short conversation with the guy, the woman coworker and everything, she gave our 2nd order saying everything is there. Did not even say sorry, nothing just slides the door back and shuts it off on our face. That was at 7:17 PM. So we waited total of 32 minutes in a drive thru for our mobile orders!! Our orders are listed below and you tell me do you need 32 mins to prepare that much food in a fast food place? Mobile order is there so that people can order their food how they wanted to be like no pickles, no ketchup etc... but our food was not even close to being what we had ordered! How many minutes do you need to make a simple 2 whoppers like below? (This was our actual order - One whopper was ordered with cheese, onion, lettuce and pickle with a medium drink and 1 large fries. The second order was one whopper with cheese, onion and lettuce with mozzarella sticks and medium drink!) This place needs to be inspected for other things too like food quality and sanitation if it meets the criteria of what Burger King really advertises on the media and everywhere. Never going back to any Burger King ever because of this...
Read moreI want to preface by saying I am a delivery driver. I walked in and was greeted with an employee bending over the counter playing her music on her phon. Then going into a 5-10 minute rant by the night âmanagerâ. Telling me that he almost got into a fight with a customer because she filled a complaint against him. This customer filled a complaint be he yelled at an 8 year old and was vaping inside. He proceed to express his deep frustration with not being able to vape inside. Telling me that he doesnât have cigarettes and he canât drink or get high at work. So heâs mad because he doesnât know what to do. He then tells me that he doesnât want to be there. That he makes $11.50 as a night manager. He then goes to the back to talk with a couple of the girl employees and is telling people in the drive thru to wait while they are talking. My DoorDash order had one whopper without pickles. That. Is. It. There was only one person working and it was a young guy on the fryers. And Iâm going to keep him in my thoughts and prayer because if I had to work a single shift with these people I would lose my damn mind. But he just kept working. And they just kept talking. I unassigned from the order after about 10 minutes of listening to the grown man complain. I went in 12/16/23 at 5:20pm. To the bosses boss that called him: please just...
Read moreThis location just can't figure it out, plain and simple. We have lived near this Burger King for over a year, and I can easily say it is a failing excuse for fast foods already low standards. I'm ordering fast food, my expectations are amazingly low as it is at that point, how can you continue to leave customers frustrated and wasting time. The turnover, expected to be high given it's a Burger King, has to be well above the average. There is always a new face at the drive-thru/counter who appears to be within their first week, learning, and has no idea how far basic customer service can go. Yeah you're working at a Burger King, you don't rise above it by presenting yourself like a deadbeat who could give a crap about their customers. I will cut all of these constantly new employees some slack, as they've always seemed vastly understaffed. That, or their idea of "fast food" is a minimum of five minutes wait after ordering. I was the first/only car in the drive-thru today and was told to wait before ordering, for two minutes... I then ordered two sandwiches which took 9 minutes to be delivered (at which points 5 cars were behind me who I felt terribly sorry for, as they would more than likely have to wait longer). To top it off, they forgot my drink so I reminded them of the flavor and that I didn't want...
