If you want your food in less than 20 minutes, go somewhere else.
This Dairy Queen is less than 10 minutes from my house, but every time I go there I always end up waiting longer than the drive there and the drive back. Today, I pulled up to the speaker at 2:04, said hello and waited for ten minutes for someone to apologize for my wait and ask for my order. I quickly give it to them and without reading it back or anything they just tell me "aight pull up". You can't give me my total?? Repeat my order back to me so I know you have it right??
Anywho, so I pull up and I am the third car in line at 2:15 (there is only room in the drive thru for three cars after the speaker). I am still the third car in line at 2:20. 2:25, no change. 3:30, I left. Why should you ever spend 30 minutes in a drive thru!!!
I'm not a self proclaimed genius or anything, but if you take everyones orders right when they pull up to the speaker, can't you start making their food immediately instead of having a insanely long drive thru time. While I was in line today I saw 4 customer behind me back out and leave, and after seeing how many others gave up I had no choice but to do the same. They had already taken my order 10-15 minutes before I left and they didn't even pull up a single car.

After telling me my sandwich was in my bag and it wasn’t and telling me that pretzels do not come with queso and it does. I waited off to the side for them to prepare the sandwich so not to hold up the line and as the worker brought out my sandwich and dropped the bag on the ground and napkins and condiments and the wrapped sandwich hit the ground. I saw in my rear view mirror. She picked it and brought it to the car anyway! And told me it had not fallen on the ground. As if I was blind. I asked for the manager who stated she would not refund me for the sandwich but would remake it. I explained I didn’t trust their food handling practices and simply wanted a refund for the sandwich and she refused. Read moreIf i could give 0 stars , I would. VERY rude. All i wanted was a exchange because the flavor tasted like bad product. The man questioned me and had a attitude! Lets not start on his sarcastic remarks! Very unprofessional. He was honestly rude when i first came. All i asked was if there ice cream was chocolate or vanilla.... i Wouldn't be surprised if race had anything to do with it considering that everyone before me was caucasian and when I ordered there was a problem instantly.... He also stated I will not be getting a refund after I no longer wanted to give them my Money.... Due to his nasty attitude I did not trust him to remake my blizzard because I did not want to him to miss handle my food I called corporate and I hope this gets resolved soon I will not ever come back at this...
