The drive-thru at this location is generally fast and convenient, but this morning I had a rather startlingly rude interaction with the gentleman working the drive-thru. He grabbed my cell phone before I could even finish my sentence (in which I was telling him that I wanted to use my Starbucks Reward). By the time I finished telling him what I wanted, he had already scanned my phone and was angrily asking for a manager to void the transaction. Your basic Starbucks. Sit in area is good and spacious. They have some high top tables with narrow spacing between them so it’s challenging to get in and out when there’s a lot of people. Seems to be a busier Starbucks (well they’re all busy). Food is eh. Had a breakfast burrito that was too egg-y with little meat (0 stars). Had a last minute 22 person order for my work and they went above and beyond. They made everything in a truly impressive timeframe. I didn't see a single person behind the counter slacking. Everyone was constantly moving. They still managed to get everyone else's orders out at the same time. While I was waiting I don't think I saw anyone there for more than a few minutes.
