Super upset right now, I come to this location everyday itâs always been subpar service but itâs super close to work and most of the staff is nice enough. That being said I used my free Pastry today and they asked if I wanted it warmed up I said yes and when they gave it to me I noticed it didnât feel as warm as usual but whatever I had to get to work and they already made me late once by forgetting I even ordered the scone so I wasnât going to risk it then I got to work and itâs cold afff like what so bc I got it for free you arenât going to give me quality? I donât usually write reviews but you have rubbed me the wrong way this time uplift I donât say anything when your staff is rude I donât say anything when my coffee isnât as good as usual and I donât complain when your staff is so focused on being rude that she forgets what I ordered. The girl today was nice just sad that I tipped and didnât even get something I wanted a breakfast is supposed to be warm!!! Iâm disappointed today was not the day I wanted to get served a cold hard scone. And lose the tude yâall! The coffee at this location is every bit as excellent, outstanding, etc. as their location in North Lawrence.
I drink black coffee and Uplift creates an absolutely delicious cup of coffee. I've been a customer since they opened. They still have great coffee after all these years! Consistency is one of the keys to success!
That and hiring decent human beings to help run the place.

Coffee is made well, breakfast foods arenât just heated up in a microwave but actually made with thought, and the pastries are original. Not to mention, the little things staff did to give customers the best experience, such as coming to them at the drive-thru to get double orders if the line became too long, or offering advice/info on drinks prior to ordering.
