Wings and Rings — Restaurant in Lawrenceburg Township

My family always has either a great experience or a terrible experience at this restaurant. There is no in-between. We tried to eat there again last night and it was not a good trip. The hosts told our party that it would be a 15 minute wait, when actually it was 35. That in itself would not have been that big of a deal, but was a sign of things to come. Our waitress was also the bartender, and she was working her tail off. She was very polite and told us she would be right back to get our drink order... The natural flow of the bar prevented her from coming back right away. I want to make clear that we are not blaming her at all, she was working hard. A bartender should not have to double as a waitress at a families table. Once she returned, we made sure to order everything at once; drinks, apps, and dinner. The drinks quickly came out, but the time for the apps to come out was about 30 minutes. Dinner came out about 45 minutes after that, and the kitchen somehow managed to burn a kid’s cheeseburger. I also ordered traditional wings but got boneless. I didn’t say a word, because I was hungry and didn’t want to send them back. The runner who brought our food noticed that the burger was burned and placed another order in to replace that burger. It took about 20 more minutes for my sons burger to return. All in all our trip took over 2 hours. I will say that the people working our table were very pleasant and worked very hard. This was the worst place I have eaten at and for a very long time. Since covid services has gotten a lot better and food is better not this place. How do you go to a place that's supposed to specialize in rings they had no rings. The waitress needs to be trained to be a waitress we with our meal we said we would take rings. then my friend ordered a side of rings. Then the waitress said oh we don't have any. Order mozzarella sticks they came them out we asked where's the marinara sauce oh there are there is none. Ask her what did she have on tap she said domestic. Our other friend ordered some kind of sandwich it was supposed to have avocado and a special sauce on it. The waitress brought it out no avocado no special sauce. If she's a good waitress she would look at that meal and say this is not correct and she would have told the kitchen to fix this. Wings and rings this was last night June 12 when the top gun movie was over 9 pm ish. The girl was 5'2 dark black hair pulled back in a ponytail with glasses. If this girl wants to make tips she needs to get a clue on how to be a good waitress. Don't tell me you don't have rings and blah blah blah and anything else you want to get with your food is an up charge. Go to your manager and ask can we ignore the up charge since we're out of everything.

They were very busy on Saturday evening when we went to celebrate my boyfriend and my Birthday. They said it was going to be about 30 minutes so we went to the bar and drank a couple beers. After 45 minutes went past and we saw several open tables that just needed cleared we went up to ask if we might have missed our text. Apparently they now send you a text message instead of using the beeper. They said they had not called us yet. 7 minutes later we heard them yelling our name and saying last call s we booked it up there and finally landed a table!!!! In the meantime we chatted with a couple other customers who said they never received a text when their table was ready nor did we. Dono what's up with that!! We ordered as soon as our waitress arrived at our table. We received our food in a flash. The place was pretty empty now. My boneless wings were awful. I ate only one. They gave my the wrong sauce and they were like jerky on the outside of them. Literally like jerky. I'm not one to complain so I let it be. On the plus side (the only reason I gave 3 star) our waitress was very kind, our cheese sticks were good and the beers were good off the tap! Well for the most part.
