I came through the drive thru at 1157 E EADS PKWY 47025 GREENDALE IN 47025 on July 14,2025 at roughly 7pm. I ask for 10 hamburgers made fresh suggy with extra salt and order of fish nibblers and mozzarella sticks. I was told they were scrapping the grille and putting them on fresh. It would be about 5 minutes. I said ok thank you. Well I was there maybe 10 or so total. I work at the casino a minute down the road. I get my food say thank you and go to work to give everyone their order. The hamburger meat was very dark brown the onions were dark brown very dried out. I didn't appreciate the service nor the food I got. I was lied to and told they were fresh made to wait 10 minutes for for was supposed to be fresh burgers and instead they were dried out and burnt not fresh at all and purposely given to me that way.

Me and my family visited at night time. We had to wait nearly 3 full minutes sitting at the register before we were even acknowledged. A simple “Hey we’ll be right with you!” Could have gone a long way. Not the end of the world but worth noting. I definitely understand that restaurants, especially fast food joints are understaffed. However our wait time was longer than expected. My brother and I ordered the Buffalo chicken rings and the seasoning on them to make them “Buffalo” wasn’t very good and they put WAYY too much seasoning on them and they were so salty. All and all not my best first impression of this restaurant.

Personally I grew up with White Castles. I know that there is a competition called Krystal's that some people like better but White Castle's will forever take the cake. The staff at this particular one is always great when I go in. It doesn't matter if it's day or night. It doesn't matter how busy they are, the whole staff handles themselves very well. Is the crave case with 30 burgers too much? Is the Sack of 10 too small? Try the crave clutch to curve that slider craving. A whole 20 delicious little burgers ready for you to pick up. I hope your experience is as good as mine was!!

I ordered a #10 but I got a #9. #10 is 20 sliders and 4 fries, #9 is 10 sliders, chicken rings, and 1 fry. #10 cost $26 and some change. #9 cost $23 and some change. I was asked to pay $12 more for the 10 sliders I didn't get with the #9 even though I ordered a number #10. I suggested that I pay the difference between the #9 & #10 and they can have the chicken rings back and give me the other 10 sliders and the 3 fries. The manager said no and offered to give me a 10% discount on the 10 sliders. I said she can have all the food back and I'll take my money back. She handed me 2 coupons for a free drink and gave me the 10 sliders. I still didn't get the fries but by then I was angry at the fact I was being asked to pay $12 more for an order I already paid $23 for. I figured paying the difference would be good enough and I would get what I ordered. I still don't understand why I was told to pay $12 more for a $26 order when I already paid $23. I would have been paying $35. For a $26 order. The mistake was made by the employee but I was being asked to pay for it. Not very...

Hit up White Castle around 11, 11:30ish Sunday night, and this is the first time in a looong time that my husband and I have been to a fast food restaurant and left with- everything we’ve ordered, fresh food, being served without attitude, all in one visit. Honestly didn’t even think that type of experience existed anymore at fast food joints. The food was hot and fresh. EVERYTHING I ordered was in the bag, including sauces, fork, and straw.

Bad service. First "kid" must of been a 1 minute newbie! The second server took over quickly. I ordered 3 double burgers with no middle bun and with extra pickles. I did get the extra pickles also the dang middle bun! I ask the 3rd server if the middle bun was on it and she said yes. I ask her politely to remove them. I had the feeling she was frustrated with me. Really? Waited a while for my strawberry smoothie. They couldn't find the lid to go on the cup. Obviously someone did not order the correct lids. I was surprised my smoothie was still frozen when I finally got it. It was a good thing I was in a good mood or I would of requested a manager at that point. But with nothing but kids running it I doubt if there was a manager there! Well any way after waiting 15 minutes to get my order I left I told myself "I will never go back!"
