I ordered a #10 but I got a #9. #10 is 20 sliders and 4 fries, #9 is 10 sliders, chicken rings, and 1 fry. #10 cost $26 and some change. #9 cost $23 and some change. I was asked to pay $12 more for the 10 sliders I didn't get with the #9 even though I ordered a number #10. I suggested that I pay the difference between the #9 & #10 and they can have the chicken rings back and give me the other 10 sliders and the 3 fries. The manager said no and offered to give me a 10% discount on the 10 sliders. I said she can have all the food back and I'll take my money back. She handed me 2 coupons for a free drink and gave me the 10 sliders. I still didn't get the fries but by then I was angry at the fact I was being asked to pay $12 more for an order I already paid $23 for. I figured paying the difference would be good enough and I would get what I ordered. I still don't understand why I was told to pay $12 more for a $26 order when I already paid $23. Honestly didn’t even think that type of experience existed anymore at fast food joints. The food was hot and fresh. EVERYTHING I ordered was in the bag, including sauces, fork, and straw.

I did get the extra pickles also the dang middle bun! I ask the 3rd server if the middle bun was on it and she said yes. I ask her politely to remove them. I had the feeling she was frustrated with me. Really? Waited a while for my strawberry smoothie. They couldn't find the lid to go on the cup. Obviously someone did not order the correct lids. I was surprised my smoothie was still frozen when I finally got it. It was a good thing I was in a good mood or I would of requested a manager at that point.
