As a business owner. I am appalled that you have not taught your staff to count change back. People use cash! I would be very embarrassed if someone came to my business and my staff running the register did not know how to do simple subtraction. I realize it’s a modern world. But this should be taught to every employee! Not everyone uses cards. And when they can’t figure out the change, and have to pull out the phone. It makes your business look bad. I told them how much the change was and she still proceeded to put it in her phone. And tell me she would do it anyway. Not to make a mistake.

The mistake is letting your employees have their phone with them when they should be making coffee and tea.

Absolutely amazing coffee shop. The place is small and cute and the drink I got was absolutely amazing! It was my first time visiting but it definitely won't be my last. Big thanks to Ivy for being patient with me since I wasn't really sure what to get. I'm a little indecisive....haha. She was so sweet and super helpful. Next time, I'll try her suggested drink of Buffalo Bill's Butterscotch Latte but this time I wanted something with peanut butter and s'mores so she recommended I get the Cowboy Campfire with peanut butter syrup added to it. It was absolutely delicious! If you see negative reviews about this place, they are wrong.....I dealt with 3 different people (Ivy, Kira and Lillie) and they were all just the sweetest. Definitely go check...

I love the coffee here sooooo much, I haven't had a single drink I didn't like and I come here all the time and I always tip 20%. I'm not demanding or slow at ordering or rude in any way but the baristas are always giving me such dirty looks and I don't understand what I did to offend them so much? Is it just because I'm wearing a mask? Is it just existing while fat? I don't expect them to pretend to be upbeat and peppy all day and I know it sucks to have to wear that kind of persona for work, I just don't want to feel like they're staring daggers at me until I leave. What I see when they stare isn't indifference, it's hatred, and I genuinely don't understand. I'll keep coming back for the coffee, but ouch!!
