I LOVE that this local bakery now has a storefront. So glad to have discovered them when getting a car inspected at Sticker Stop. Came back to the Leander sticker stop even though it was out of my way for the next car. I needed a cool and inviting place to rest whilst waiting...A place That happens to have delectable things😂. Noble Delights! In all honesty I can't eat gluten, so I've only stolen bites of the icings & enjoyed a cold drink and/or frapaccino. My son, however, is a HUGE fan of both the strawberry and double chocolate cupcakes. Mmmmm.... Everything is so beautiful too, I just love admiring all of the things, even if I can't eat them. And the owners are the kindest, most welcoming people. I may have to buy more cars that need inspections, or just admit that it's worth going out of my way to stop by this lovely shop.
And those cakes, wow...just seeing photos of these amazing creations has brightened my day. Gonna have to find some excuse to order that Yoda cake soon. While they don't keep gluten-free items, stocked at this time, they DO take Gluten Free special orders, so there may be a GF bloody Yoda in our near future (strawberry, that is), steel...
Read moreI had a terrible experience with Nobel Delights. I ordered a pink and purple cake with flowers and glitter for my daughter’s birthday. She loves baking, so was so very excited about her cake. I picked up a white and pink cake with gold accent balls. The first thing she said was, “mommy, that isn’t my cake is it?” She was so upset. The white icing was bumpy and not even smooth. Regina gave me a $25 refund, which did not even cover half of the price of the cake. Then, to make matters worse, the bottom layer of the cake crumbled when we tried to cut into it. It did not matter who tried or what knife we tried to cut it with, we could get a clean slice. The cake was also extremely dry. I reached out to Regina with my extreme dissatisfaction, and the only way she would give me my money back was if she could pick up the remainder of the cake. Who keeps a barely eaten crumbled cake? What a terrible experience. And a...
Read moreI ordered a custom cake with Regina at Noble cakes, months in advance. I specified flavors, fillings and the design. The cake was to be for my Husband's 40th birthday party. I followed up with Regina the week before and we confirmed the cake order again and I request the final payment since I put down a 50% deposit at time of order. The night before the party Regina informed me that she made a mistake and did not ice or fill the cake according to what we agreed upon at time of order. She did offer me a discount and also sent a picture if the cake. The cake looked great, minus one of the details I specified at time of order. I sent her an email back and told her that I was upset but in the end I would accept the cake. After cutting into it, we realized that the base of the cake was vanilla and buttercream, not the yellow butter cake witn chocolate ganache. All in all the cake...
