It was a Husky game night so we decided on this bar to watch the game and get a bite to eat for dinner. It is your typical good bar in any town..... lots of locals, but very friendly to tourists alike. They had plenty of TV's for watching the game. Good service, I came in alone because the Mr. was walking the dog, and I went ahead and came on ahead in and grabbed us a table. In that short amount of time, all three of the wait staff stopped by the table to see if they could get me something - really attentive service. The menu was somewhat pricey for bar food.... lacking your typical cheaper bar food appetizers. However everything in this tourist area is a bit higher priced so it is the norm here. We were not hungry enough for 2 big burgers, so we decided to share one of the build your own grilled sandwiches. It was $11.50 and you could pick your bread, meat, cheese, and load it up with onions, tomato, lettuce etc. It was really good! The stack of bar fries on the side was huge and home-style cut. It was actually a great deal for the price as we both were full when we finished. Overall this was a nice bar and we would stop again if we visit...
Read moreProbably had the WORST experience ever as a guest at this place. If you are a guest and not a local, they make it very clear they don’t like you or want you there. One of the servers made it very clear he wasn’t interested in taking our orders, was rude when I asked about their sauces and waited on us with a straight, blank face while we were using our manners and being very kind. Literally couldn’t even give us a smile or anything. Also, Each of the bartenders actively talked about our party with other guests, calling us annoying and allowed other guests to make comments about us in front of people in our party at the bar. It was very clear that these other guests were friends of the bartenders and they talked * about our party despite us being kind, respectful and while yes we were lively and enjoying ourselves, we did not bother a single group in the bar. If you have a group of friends enjoying a weekend together, I would suggest literally any other place as they were rude, disrespectful and clearly don’t like working in a tourist town. DO...
Read moreI visited on July 5 around 12:30 PM, and unfortunately had a very uncomfortable experience. The woman working at the time was extremely rude to me. I had come in to pick up an order, and she immediately asked for my ID. I let her know I had left it in the car and that I was just picking up food. She responded by telling me I needed to leave and wait outside.
I’ve been here multiple times and have never been asked for ID when simply picking up an order—especially when no alcohol is involved. I’m not sure why I was treated so differently this time, but the way she spoke to me felt unnecessary and disrespectful. I left feeling really disappointed. I hope the staff can be reminded to treat everyone with kindness and...
