I have serious mixed feelings about this place! My food was good, but my husband's order was completely wrong to the point that he really didn't get much to eat. We did to-go and didn't check it, unfortunately. We also ordered dessert and it was so hard that we actually couldn't even get a fork through it (the brownie) and had to throw it away. In general, the food also seemed quite costly for what we got. $12 for four stuffed mushrooms. $8 for an inedible brownie. The only glance of the corned beef did look really good though. I wish I had ordered something different. My fish and chips were fine, but they were just fish and chips. Definitely not as spectacular looking as the corned beef. Unfortunately, my husband only had about four bites of corned beef left by the time he was done pulling out all of the sauerkraut that he requested not to be on his sandwich. So I couldn't actually try that. The environment is nice. If you're just looking for a place to have a beverage. I would strongly suggest that you check your food and make sure that it's soft enough to get a fork through before driving off if you do to go. Much as I love Irish food, I think I'll be sticking with another local Irish place instead of this one in the future given how little I got...
Read moreExtremely disappointed. I have been coming to this place for decades all my life. As a kid we sometimes as a family walked are dogs down there had dinner then ice cream next door. Since I have been home I decided I needed some Irish pot roast which is amazing I called and asked if there patio is dog friendly I was told yes. Ever since then I have gone multiple times with my dog and eaten. I have see other people with there dogs eating. Last time just a couple of weeks ago I took tons of pictures as I was going to give them a nice review. I spoiled my dog and bought him a cheeseburger they gave him a dish of water. Today we were told no they aren’t allowed and never had been. Which is just lying you can’t say for decades this has been a rule when it clearly hasn’t. I understand policy changes if they said that it would have been fine. They offered to have the dogs outside the fence we eat insides the patio but can’t do that to my dog doesn’t like being separate from me. Just extremely disappointed the food has always been amazing and service never bad all through my childhood. Then to be lied to that dogs were never allowed by three different people. I have attached the pictures from the visit before. Even a video of a jr hamburger that I...
