I did carry out and the person who took my order didn’t put it down right didn’t know if they was new or not. It’s seems to be a trend with that location because I’ve only eaten there a handful of times and the last time they gave the person I was with a taco salad with a bunch of water in the bottom of the plate. How does that happens idk. Tonight they got the pizza it was ordered wrong it was supposed to have bbq as the base cause and they put marinara and they forgot my side salad along with a piece of garlic bread. The food tasted ok but the new person running carry out and not know what todo or how todo things can really damper a good food experience but I understand everyone need to start someplace. Maybe not having a new person durning dinner rush not needing the manager every other order. Think having a person who fully focus’s on training and customer service would help them out. I know it is the town's go to place but the food is so bland or fatty. I wish they had some truly healthy options for people that go there with people who actually like it. One hates to insult the town standard, but for people who really cannot eat the fatty and salty foods it would be nice for one or two menu items that anyone can eat. I may not be going back though since last time my kind host found a bug in her food. It was a very unclean bug. Bad for many who truly love this place, which I can respect, but good for me that I may not need to sadly search menu for food that fits my diet anymore. Great staff! Great food! Make you feel like family which is how a family pizza restaurant should! To start you'll walk in a notice all sorts of memorabilia most memorable piece of history is the old avon theater margui lettering sign that hangs mounted and lit up...reminds anyone from the area of a very nostalgic time( I remember watching titanic there as a kid) before it burnt. Once seated the waitreses are from all walks of life but manage to all bring the same passion and energy which isnt very common in a restaurant setting.
