Chen's House — Restaurant in Lebanon

Passing by, place looks underwhelming, and I had no internet but tried anyhow. I want disappointed!

Staff is knowledgeable and helpful, knowing what's in each, and explaining tastes. Felt a little long for a wait, but may be from no internet.

Good was great quality and a generous amount. Further, they put their food in PP5 containers. This can make it smell weird if you're not used to it, but we're just used to other plastic smells.

PP5 is probably the safest plastic to eat from. A little bit of effort to stay away from chemicals goes an long way, and I'm happy they went the extra mile with this, while many wouldn't...

If there were 1/2 stars I'd go 3 1/2 ... alas, they score four. Their tofu is always done right. Fresh, springy, delicious. But what I love is the price. For some reason, this is one of the least expensive chinese places I've encountered.

I can't speak their meat dishes but my mother, the rabid carnivore said unintelligible positive things while tearing through a roast pork dish. I guess she liked it too.

Don't come here for atmosphere. It has none. The take out is where it's at. Also - $10 minimum for credit cards. And they're not flexible...

Easily one of the best Chinese food in the Lebanon PA area. My family and I tried them for the first time yesterday after a recommendation from a friend. For my husband and I's food, I requested that it was made spicy and what we got was excellent- nothing too extremely hot but a really nice flavor with a good level of heat.
