I want to give this place 5 stars, but I just can’t. The food—when it’s prepared correctly, and you actually receive what you ordered—is incredible. However, they struggle with order accuracy, and I’ve had to return multiple times to fix mistakes.
The biggest issue is the location and safety. The parking lot is tiny, with little to no available parking, forcing cars to block each other in or line up dangerously along the main road, causing traffic backups. The drive-thru is so tight you can’t even reach the back lot without scraping the barrier. It’s stressful, chaotic, and feels like an accident waiting to happen. A better location would make a world of difference.
Today summed it all up. I ordered a breakfast sandwich at 10:44 for 11:00 pickup. I arrived on time, waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru, and at 11:11 was told my order wasn’t ready and I’d have to park and come inside. I informed them I would love to park, but there was no room in the lot. They mentioned the back parking, but that’s only accessible by waiting in the drive thru line or you’ll hit other cars. So I pulled to the back parking and I walked through oncoming drive-thru traffic to get inside, only to wait another 10 minutes. My order wasn’t called until 11:22—22 minutes past the pickup time.
Great food, but not worth the hassle or the danger. See photo for parking situation (and that’s...
Read moreFirst off I will start with the fact that I come here 1-3 times a week. I want to love this place but the experience is different every time. Secondly I order the same two sandwiches every time. 2 bacon egg and cheese with ham added to one and sausage to the other. At least on 10 different occasions in the past 2 months both sandwiches would be missing one of the proteins I paid for. That’s 4 dollars every time. This time I went inside and specified that I’ve been missing the proteins and to please take care of it. Also 6 girls were on staff with only one cooking. I waited 25 minutes and received the order with both proteins but on the wrong type of bagel. Which has also been done before. Upon opening and showing them they continued to question me and needed to look at the receipt. They also sold the last jalapeño bagel while I was waiting so they couldn’t remake one even if they would have offered! (They didn’t) So I took them and left. Which leaves me finally writing about my experiences. I hope someone sees this review and fixes it because this cannot be happening to just myself since it is so frequently occurring. They might have officially lost me as a customer. Frozen bagels and breakfast sandwiches are not reinventing the wheel. Wish you all luck if you eat here. Hope they fix this staff and...
Read moreThis place is horribly run and there is very little care in how they prepare their food. We ordered 4 sandwiches and they never put one of them in the bag even though they crossed it off as if someone checked.
We had 2 other bagels that they did not even toast. The cream cheese on the bagel was not even spread on the sandwich. It looked like someone just dumped cream cheese in the middle and smashed the top on. I added a picture of a sandwich that we paid for 2 eggs and bacon (that had no bacon).
They also have 2 chairs in the customer area, with a sign that says “employees only.” It is the oddest and most blatant insult to the customer experience.
These sandwiches are not cheap and the lack of care in making the sandwiches does not justify the price and the staff is very rude!
We go out of our way to support local businesses, this place needs to close its doors and let a nice business go in.
We will not be going back to the Bagel Rack. Please note, there is a common practice of the Bagel Rack removing negative reviews. We will be more than happy to post this on other social media mediums if this is removed. Capitalism or not, there’s no excuse for this lack of sensible business model and customer...
