We were looking for somewhere special, to meet with our daughter for lunch. Coming from Kentucky, we were uncertain where to eat. I decided to try this restaurant, because of the reviews. Upon arriving, we were greeted by the Chef, his daughter and his wife. The chef explained, he uses only fresh spices that he grows in his personal garden. Now time for our order, fresh spring rolls and crab Rangoon rolls were outstanding. So many flavors in every bite. I had the beef pho, never have I had a pho with so much flavor. My wife and daughter both tried my Pho and agreed the taste was delicious and nothing like they ever had. The ladies both ordered Drunken Noodles which they both loved. Y'all have to eat at this place! Everything is made from scratch. The flavors of the food will explode in your mouth. The beef Pho was phenomenal!! Some of the best I've had. The crab rangoon is the size of a Vietnamese eggroll bursting with cream cheese and crab. The fresh rolls (spring rolls) are made to order and very fresh. The peanut sauce is homemade. It's a small little diner sized eatery, but dont let the size fool you. The owner, Ponyay, came out himself and greeted me. Very friendly and accommodating. Even though this place has only been open for about 1 month, the owner has been in business for at least 30 years. When you go there for a bite tell them Maria sent you. Decided to try here after seeing a guy review it on TikTok. We got the Crab rangoons, bao buns, and pad Thai. We have tried a lot of pad Thai and rangoons all over Lebanon, Murfreesboro, and Nashville. These are the best rangoons. They're crispy and have the perfect ratio of filling to roll. Theyre the only ones we've found in Lebanon that actually have imitation crab in them instead of just flavored cream cheese. The pad Thai was super good and definitely the best in the area. The bao buns were soft and perfect. The filling has a slightly sweet but well spiced flavor that was delicious.
