I had a disappointing experience at Cash Saver in Lebanon today. The cashier who assisted me was extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite greeting her, she completely ignored me, never responded, and avoided eye contact throughout the entire transaction. Instead, she continued chatting with another employee as if I wasn’t even there.

While the store has products that interest me, the poor attitude and lack of basic customer service from some employees are unacceptable. This experience left me with no desire to return. Customer service should always be a priority, and unfortunately, this store failed to...

My family and I have shopped at this store since it was Piggly Wiggly. When it changed hand and name I was worried, and even deterred at first. That did not last long. Through college it gave me a place I could afford to buy groceries, and I’ve never stopped going back. Eddie is a great guy, and a man who cares about community. His reservation for the elderly during the food shortage was something I’ll never forget as I continue to give them my business.
