I went in needing a battery replacement for my MacBook, and Daniel ordered the part for me right away. When it came in, he only asked me to cover the cost of the battery itself, not the labor, which I thought was more than fair. Unfortunately, the replacement battery turned out to be old stock (nobodyâs faultâit happens sometimes), and while he was installing it one of the cells overheated and my MacBook actually caught fire for a moment. Scary, but Daniel handled it calmly and safely.
The part that impressed me most was how he and Samantha kept in touch with me the whole time, giving me updates until it was fixed. Within a week he had it back to me with a brand-new battery installed and working perfectly. He even reassured me throughout that no matter what happened, heâd make sure I was taken care ofâand he really did.
Itâs rare for me to say this, but I walked out feeling like I had a new âgo-toâ place for tech repairs. They made a stressful situation easy, and Iâll definitely be bringing any future repairs here, whether itâs laptops, phones, iPads, or even game consoles. I think people should be aware from what I understand at least, is most anything technical in the gadget side of things, heâs able to fix or repairs it certainly seems better than sending off in the mail, waiting around not having anyone personal to contact or get updates about, I highly recommend this business, and Daniel and Samantha!...
   Read moreI went here after I mysteriously was just speaking to a friend about screen protectors, then my iPad fell on the garage floor after that but yeah I Dropped my iPad off here for a repair and honestly, I thought I was in for the usual waiting game. Nope. These guys had it back in my hands quicker than I expectedâlike, before I even had time to start complaining about being without it.    Read moreI wonât be returning. The guy fixed what he agreed to fix but broke something else on my device. Frustrating, but not that big a deal, everybody makes mistakes. Says itâll take 2-3 days for the part to come in, but it had been 2-3 weeks and I hadnât heard from the guy.
So I go to the store to see whatâs going on. I get there at 9am when they open and no oneâs there. 10-15 minutes later he comes driving up, walks right by me without saying a word, opens the door, closes it behind himself and locks it. Um? Are you open or closed?
Eventually he opens up, I ask whatâs taking so long on the part and the dude stumbles for an excuse and says, âI.. I⊠I called you and talked to you and told you the part was inâ - his tone clearly saying the only person to blame for the delays in the repair was me.
Seriously? Give me a break. Just say you forgot to call, or whatever...
